LAYOUT DRAWINGS, SHOWING THE ANCHOR/SUPPORT LOCATIONS AND REFERENCED TO DETAILS FROM THE RELEVANT OSHPD LAYOUT DRAWINGS, SHOWING THE ANCHOR/SUPPORT LOCATIONS AND REFERENCED TO DETAILS FROM THE RELEVANT OSHPD PRE-APPROVALS FOR ANCHORS, NEED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR USE BY THE IOR AND OSHPD FIELD STAFF. 14. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN CLEAR ACCESS TO ALL CRITICAL AREAS AS COORDINATED AND APPROVED WITH FACILITY PRIOR TO CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN CLEAR ACCESS TO ALL CRITICAL AREAS AS COORDINATED AND APPROVED WITH FACILITY PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK. 15. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A 6'-0" WIDE MINIMUM CLEAR PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL DURING THE ENTIRE COURSE OF THIS PROJECT CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A 6'-0" WIDE MINIMUM CLEAR PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL DURING THE ENTIRE COURSE OF THIS PROJECT SUCH THAT NO CORRIDOR SHALL BE BLOCKED. 16. ALL WORK SHALL BE STARTED AND COMPLETED IN STAGES (PHASES) SPECIFIED ON THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS SUCH THAT ALL ALL WORK SHALL BE STARTED AND COMPLETED IN STAGES (PHASES) SPECIFIED ON THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS SUCH THAT ALL AFFECTED AREAS ARE FULLY OPERATIONAL AND ACCESSIBLE ALL TIMES. STAGING SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH THE FACILITY PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK. 17. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL REQUIRED SHUTDOWNS OF ANY AREAS OR EQUIPMENT FOR ANY DURATION OR PERIOD WITH THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL REQUIRED SHUTDOWNS OF ANY AREAS OR EQUIPMENT FOR ANY DURATION OR PERIOD WITH THE FACILITY PRIOR TO SHUT DOWN. 18. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETE PROJECT SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS AND COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS INDICATED ON THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETE PROJECT SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS AND COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS INDICATED ON THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS. 19. WORK WITHIN THE AREA BOUNDARIES INDICATED IN THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING CODE, WORK WITHIN THE AREA BOUNDARIES INDICATED IN THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING CODE, REGULATION AND ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS. OCCUPANTS ADJACENT TO THE PROJECT AREA BOUNDARIES SHALL CONTINUE UNINTERRUPTED OCCUPANCY DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT. 20. VERIFY FIELD CONDITIONS AND COORDINATE WITH THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO BIDDING OR PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK. VERIFY FIELD CONDITIONS AND COORDINATE WITH THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO BIDDING OR PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK. 21. COORDINATE THE WORK WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS INDICATED IN THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS. COORDINATE THE WORK WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS INDICATED IN THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS. 22. COORDINATE THE WORK WITH EQUIPMENT, FURINISHINGS, AND SYSTEMS PROVIDED BY THE OWNER. COORDINATE THE WORK WITH EQUIPMENT, FURINISHINGS, AND SYSTEMS PROVIDED BY THE OWNER. 23. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND COORDINATE THE EXACT DIMENSIONS, SIZES AND POSITIONS OF ALL OPENINGS IN FLOOR AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND COORDINATE THE EXACT DIMENSIONS, SIZES AND POSITIONS OF ALL OPENINGS IN FLOOR AND WALL CONSTRUCTION NECESSARY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE WORK. CONFIRM LOCATION WITH THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE WORK. 24. PENETRATIONS INTO AND THROUGH PARTITIONS CONTAINING SOUND INSULATION BATTS SHALL BE SEALED WITH PERMANENT RESILIENT PENETRATIONS INTO AND THROUGH PARTITIONS CONTAINING SOUND INSULATION BATTS SHALL BE SEALED WITH PERMANENT RESILIENT SEALANT SPECIFIED FOR THAT PURPOSE. NO WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED UNTIL REFERENCED COORDINATION SHOP DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED WITH NO EXCEPTION TAKEN. 26. THROUGH PENETRATION FIRE STOP SYSTEM DETAILS ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY. PENETRATION THROUGH FIRE-RATED FLOORS AND WALLS THROUGH PENETRATION FIRE STOP SYSTEM DETAILS ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY. PENETRATION THROUGH FIRE-RATED FLOORS AND WALLS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CBC SECTIONS 714.3 AND 710.6. SYSTEMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR REVIEW BY INSPECTION AUTHORITIES. ARCHITECT AND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR FIELD REVIEW AND APPROVAL. 27. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY REGARDING ANY CONFLICT IN THE DRAWINGS OR SPECIFICATIONS. IF AN ALTERNATE OR SUBSTITUTE MATERIAL IS PROPOSED BY THE CONTRACTOR, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED BY THE DESIGN TEAM TO ASCERTAIN THAT THE SUBSTITUTION IS ACCEPTABLE. 33. THE STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS ARE SUPPLEMENTARY TO THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. IT SHALL THE STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS ARE SUPPLEMENTARY TO THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. 2. UPON COMPLETION OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, A SATISFACTORY TEST OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEMSHALL BE MADE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE FIRE MARSHAL.
3. A STAMPED SET OF APPROVED FIRE ALARM PLANS SHALL BE ON THE JOB SITE AND USED FOR INSTALLATION. ANYDEVIATION FROM APPROVED PLANS, INCLUDING THE SUBSTITUTION OF DEVICES, SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE FIREMARSHAL.
