Robyn and Bryan believe you can’t get enough of a good thing having purchased in Waters Edge Reach, Gardens View and Urban Edge Horizons.

Moving from a large family home into Waters

Edge, Robyn and Bryan were surprised at

how easily they took to apartment living.

There’s more time to enjoy life when you

aren’t concerned with maintaining a home,

gardens and a pool, the couple confess.

Robyn and Bryan have invested their

newfound spare time in cycling and

absolutely love that there are dedicated bike

tracks through to South Bank, the CBD

as well as in and around West End. Since

moving to Waters Edge the couple have kept

a very active lifestyle but also love that there

are public transport options readily available.

Come weekend there are so many things to

see and do. On a Saturday the couple enjoy

wandering around the famous Davies Park

Markets and walking into South Bank to grab

a coffee. They love the freedom that living in

West End provides and believe that one of

the best things about living here is that there

are always things happening on and around

the river.

Robyn and Bryan are excited for the new

proposed High-Street style precinct and can’t

wait to enjoy the new cafés.

The couple’s grandchildren are also quietly

pleased about the move. They love coming

to visit and absolutely adore swimming in the

pool and playing on the grass. It’s their home

away from home, the couple remark.

Robyn and Bryan love living at Waters Edge

so much they have bought into the new stage

at Riverside West End as an investment.

Professional couple Lesley and Brian ref lect on culture, convenience and leading a healthy life.

Lesley and Brian believe the great thing

about living in West End is its unique culture.

The suburb boasts mixed generations of

people from diverse backgrounds which

culminates in an incredibly exciting place

to live. There is such an array of great

restaurants and cafés of all different types of

cuisines imaginable to discover.

Lesley and Brian reside at Waters Edge and

absolutely love the healthy change it has

brought to their lives. They find themselves

being more active as everything is in walking

distance. There is also a well-equipped

gymnasium as part of Waters Edge’s facilities

so there’s no excuse.

The couple believe that West End is an

up and coming area and is only going to

keep getting better. They love that it is a

beautifully peaceful neighbourhood removed

from the hustle and bustle of the city

but they can still enjoy all of the benefits

of South Brisbane and the CBD. Come

weekend, there is nothing better than

heading down to Riverside Drive, which is

just outside Waters Edge, and chilling out

with friends, having a picnic or just heading

out for a walk around the river.

Lesley works in the city and enjoys a better

work life balance thanks to the fact it takes

her 10 minutes door to door on the City

Glider or for the days she has a little extra

time up her sleeve, the CityCat takes a few

extra minutes but offers a beautifully scenic

commute. Brian works out of town and

jumps on the airport train that leaves from

South Bank, which is also conveniently close

to home.

The couple believe that since moving to

Waters Edge they have become the envy of

their friends and family.
