As a Reviewer:

• Publish or unpublish ATC user comments based on their content.

• Watch an ATC user so that their comments are subsequently flagged in all queues.

• Send a private or private message to an ATC user so that they know why their comment was unpublished.

• Flag a comment as requiring resolution for cases where another authority is required to resolve or otherwise make a decision on the comment.

As a Moderator:

• Publish or unpublish ATC user’s comments based on their content.

• Respond to an ATC user public or private on the Camel website using a public message so that all ATC users reading the comment thread can benefit from the response.

• Send a pre-approved private message to an ATC.

• Set Sentiment on a comment for reporting.

• Choose Primary Tags (General, Inquiry or Feedback) to a comment or gallery for reporting.

• Add descriptive Secondary Tags to a comment or gallery for reporting.

• Watch an ATC user so that their comments are subsequently flagged in all queues.

• Flag a comment as requiring review for cases where a Reviewer is required to make a decision on how to treat the comment.

• Publish a comment or gallery as featured content.

Definitions

Pending Moderation

• When a comment first enters the Moderator’s queue.

Pending Review

• When a moderated comment is sent to the Reviewer’s queue.

• When a comment task is resolved and was completed by a Reviewer.

Moderated

• When a comment task is resolved and was completed by a Moderator.

Priority

• A comment can be:

• High/Red (requires immediate review)

• Medium/Yellow (requires review)

• Low/Green (requires review)

Publish

• A comment can be:

• Publish (visible on the website)

• Unpublish (not visible on the website).

Watched

• An ATC user can be:

• Watched (subsequently their comments are automatically flagged in all queues)

• Watch (not flagged)

Featured Comment/Gallery

• Publish a brand approved ATC comment/gallery ti a blog or program to appear in the “Featured Section”

Overview

The CMS/CX3 Talkback Moderator will allow the moderator and reviewer to manage content generated by ATC’s on the website.

Moderator will sift through comments/content and establish whether each piece of content is appropriate per the Submission Guidelines. The Moderator is able to publish or un-publish every comment.

Moderator also has the ability to reply to ATC content by leveraging already approved brand materials.

The Moderator will always be coming from a consistent and comprehensive place when providing solutions and answers to ATC users.

• Describes the Sentiment of a comment. May be:

Moderator

• Moderator monitors all live comments across the website. Relevant comments will be selected under the Detail pane for response and handled according to their Primary Tag, Priority, Sentiment and Watch users.

• The Moderator will be able to select task, select specific content and view their tasks on what they have to do that day. They can select and view All Comments, view Galleries, view Watched users, view and set high, medium or low Priority, and search comments.

• The Moderator will be able to evaluate and respond to comments, Publish, Unpublish, add Watched User, add Sentiment, send a Public or Private Message, add Tags, and view in context of comment thread for all user-generated comments on the website.

Reviewer

• New ATC comment that appears on the Reviewer queue will be coming from the Moderator.

• The Reviewer will need to resolve the issue. Resolved comments will be displayed for the History tab. Reviewer can respond to Moderator’s response by email messaging, keeping an open communication between Moderator and Reviewer.

• Is a user that reviews the Reviewer queue that was sent by the Moderator.

Manager

• Moderator or Reviewer roles will be able to manage tags and messages. All tags and messages will be availiable for when Moderation is needed.

Once user selects Moderator and Comments, all comments will be populate to the right. To change the selected Task for Moderation, simply click on the name of the Task you want to go to. This will reload the page for that Task, and then the Program list will be populated for that Task. Only one task can be selected at a time.

1.1When the page initially loads, user is in the Inbox, which is the default for this task. This will display the total number of comments. INBOX - This holds all of the Comments/Content that have not yet been moderated or reviewed.

Searching is applied to the Comments/Content for the task you have selected that meet the filter criteria you selected. It allows user to further refine the Comments/Content items displayed. Search criteria displayed in the dropdown can be applied as follows: Comments/Content - User must provide at least 5 characters and no more than 50 characters. Alias - User must provide at least 3 characters and no more than 50 characters. PID - User must provide at least 4 characters and no more than 9 characters. Execute the search by clicking the magnifying glass or by pressing the Enter key on the keyboard. For the Enter key to work, the text box must be the active control. Clear the search by pressing the Escape key on the keyboard. For the Escape key to work, the text box must be the active control. You can also clear the search by clicking the RESET button located in the filter criteria section.

Sort by: Most Recent, Ascending or Descending. The sort criterion allows user to change how the Comments/Content items are sorted. Comments/Content are initially defaulted and sorted by Date Posted in DESCENDING order when clicking the APPLY ALL button located in the filter criteria section. Selecting DESCENDING Comments/Content will display from (Z-A). Selecting ASCENDING Comments/Content will display from (A-Z).

1.4 Clicking the CLEAR button will reset the filter criteria to its default and initiate a recount.

1.5 Clicking the APPLY button will load the Results Viewer with the items that match the filter criteria.

1.7 User can view number of comments on a page by 10, 20, 50, 100, 200

User can select the batch button for more efficient moderation to clear their que. Deafault settings are needed to accommodate this, includes: Primary Tag - General, High/Red Priority - Negative sentiment set as unpublished, Medium/Yellow Priority - Neutral sentiment set as publish, Low/Green Priority - Neutral sentiment set as publish.

User can select and view Watched Users that will preview below. Watched User are displayed with a light yellow background color. When selecting the WATCH/WATCHED USER status of a user, will see ALL comments posted by that user will be displayed. This is because you are watching the “user” and not the comments, so the setting is applied to the PID of the user.

The Reviewer will have an opportunity to take a second look and ultimately resolve it. When a Comment/Content is unpublished/hidden, the user will be alerted that their Comment/Content has been removed and a “Private Message” can be sent.

YELLOW (Medium) - The Moderator can provide recommended pre-approved response and respond to user. If the original Comment/Content is appropriate, it will remain live on the site. If the original Comment/Content is inappropriate,the Moderator can finish Task and it will be removed. If the original Comment/Content is inappropriate and the recommended pre-approved response is in question by the Moderator, the Moderator can send it to a Reviewer asunpublished and the Reviewer will resolve it.

GREEN (Low) - The Moderator can provide a recommended pre-approved response to Comments/Content via the Public Message. Any response by the Moderator is immediately pushed to the site. This option will be hidden when working as a Reviewer.

The Secondary Tags editor allows user to add one or more Tags to a Comment/Content. Secondary Tags are optional. Click in the text box that shows “Add a Tag” and type in the Tag user wants to pull from the Tag Manager Library. Add the Tag by clicking the Add button to the right of the text box or by pressing the Enter key on the keyboard. For the Enter key to work, the text box must be the active control. To edit tag has to be done in the Manager Role. Clicking the x located to the right of the text in the Tag will remove it. Clicking the Remove All button will remove all Tags from the Comment/Content. A Tag can be no longer than 75 characters.

2.0Once user selects the view thread button it will allow the user the ability to view the original comment thread, with any replies that have been posted to it, within the context of the user.

The Sentiment can be set as follows: POSITIVE - feels that the comment is positive in nature. NEGATIVE - feels that the comment is negative in nature. NEUTRAL - feels that the comment is neither positive nor negative in nature. MIXED - feels that the comment is both positive and negative in nature.

1.0Once user selects “Click to edit” a set of tools will become available. Once user selects the tags button it will allow the user to search and add one or more tags to a comment/content

4.0Once user selects the message button it will allow user to search pre-approved messages, enter either/both a Public Message (published to the site) and Private Message (sent directly to the user) to the Comment/Content.

User can search messages by Response (default) or Topic. Once selected they will be able to search by typing into the open type field. Once selected the answer will populate below. From here the user will be able to select the response to populate into the message panel. Multiple responses can be placed into the message panel. A gallery of pre-approved messages can be managed under the Message Manager role.

4.2 User can view number of responses or topic on a page by 10, 20, 50

4.6If user selects a public or private message, they must “check” the corresponding Confirm checkbox for it to be published. Messages are optional.

4.4 The “Clear All” button will only be applied to either public or private, not both

Once user selects Reviewer and Comments, all comments that were passed from the moderator will be populate to the right. To change the selected Task for Moderation, simply click on the name of the Task you want to go to. This will reload the page for that Task, and then the Program list will be populated for that Task. Only one task can be selected at a time.

1.1When the page initially loads, user is in the Inbox, which is the default for this task. This will display the total number of comments. INBOX - This holds all of the Comments/Content that have not yet been moderated or reviewed.

Searching is applied to the Comments/Content for the task you have selected that meet the filter criteria you selected. It allows user to further refine the Comments/Content items displayed. Search criteria displayed in the dropdown can be applied as follows: Comments/Content - User must provide at least 5 characters and no more than 50 characters. Alias - User must provide at least 3 characters and no more than 50 characters. PID - User must provide at least 4 characters and no more than 9 characters. Execute the search by clicking the magnifying glass or by pressing the Enter key on the keyboard. For the Enter key to work, the text box must be the active control. Clear the search by pressing the Escape key on the keyboard. For the Escape key to work, the text box must be the active control. You can also clear the search by clicking the RESET button located in the filter criteria section.

PRIORITY: High-Red and Medium-Yellow - This filters for only the Comments/Content that were assigned a PRIORITY of High-Red or Medium-Yellow by the Moderator. There is No Low- Green priority that will be passed to the Reviewer. This is due to keeping the Reviewer que with content that is in question.



1.6 Clicking the APPLY button will load the Results Viewer with the items that match the filter criteria.



2.0User can use pagination to view more comments, by selecting the previous, next or type into an open type field to go to specific page. See Moderator comment search for more logic.
