To remove an access panel,remove the 2 upper screws,lift it up and then pull it towardsyou.

The protective plugs are removedby hand.

Reminder: do not throw themaway, they are re---used whenrefitting.

removing the 6 Dielectricplugsstep 21 : the dielectric plugs (A)are removed using a 19 mmspanner.

2 : at the end, extract the plugsby hand so as not todeteriorate the interiorof the bars

The use of any other type of toolis prohibited.

preparation beforeremoving the 3 bars

step 3For each bar:---remove the HM12 nut and its ∅12 mm contact washer

removing the 3 barsstep 41 : pull the top and thenthe bottom of the bar (B)towards you, until it is free fromits supports.

2 : the bar is removed

CAUTION

Avoid all contact betweenthe stud and the connector’sinterface cone.

Recommendation:When removing, storingand refitting, the spacingof the 2 connectors on the barmust not be changed.

CAUTION

The instructions must befollowed.

Using a clean and dry cloth,carefully clean the 6 dielectricplugs and the 6 supports, andthen both ends of the 3 bars.

step 3: grease the supports

CAUTION

Only use the tubes of greasesupplied in the sachet with theinstructions; these have a foamapplicator

note Checking the tightening torque... ...of the studs (1m.daN)

step 4: fitting the 3 bars

1 : refit the 3 bars (K) in thesupports.

2 : replace the 6 nuts + contactwashers

3 : nut tightening torque:5m.daN

CAUTION

Avoid all contact betweenthe stud and the connector’sinterface cone.

step 5: greasing the 6Dielectric plugsOnly use the tubes of greasesupplied in the sachet withthe instructions; these havea foam applicator

1 : grease the Dielectric plug (M).Reminder: use the tubes ofgrease supplied in the kit.

F ; Before inserting the plug (E),the shrink ring (N) must be placedin the inside of the connector;this allows the air trapped in theinterface to be expelled.Remove the shrink ring (N) beforecompletely tightening the Dielectricplug.Tightening torque: 3m.daN
