Login: Use your Username and Password to log into the Application, which
youhave received in email. If user has multiple roles, then a pop up will be displayed to choose which role does user wants to login as.
Ex: HR Manager, employee, Network Manager, Resource Manager and Finance Manager Note: User Name and Password is Case sensitive.
On successful login, page gets redirected to Change Password page.
On click of Change Password button, your password will be reset to new

Forgot Password: If you have forgotten your password, please click on theForgot Password link and enter your email ID. Recover Password link will be sent to your email ID to reset your password.
Home Page: On click ofHome, page will redirect Home page and you
cansee all the announcements which is made by HR/Finance Departments.
By clicking over the information displayed, you can view the detailed
information about that particular announcement.

All Employees: On click ofAll Employees, page will redirect to
AllEmployee page. The entire employee list will be viewed here. By clicking on
employee name, a pop up will be displayed with the contact information
about that employee.
On click of name an employee official contact details could be viewed.
Search Employees Option: Search Byoption will filter the data based onthe Keyword provided. Confidential & Proprietary Manage Information Maximize Business Results ® Page 4 of 13
RMS System –Employee User Manual https://rms.mresult.com If Search By option selected is Employee Name, then filtering takes place based on the letter or complete name provided.
If Search By option selected is Employee ID, then filtering takes place based on the ID provided.
Employee Requests: You can apply/view requests made by you for theHR/IT/Network departments.
Requestor Name: It is non-editable field. It displays name of theemployee who has logged in.

Request Type: Dropdown list where different business
enablerdepartment names will be displayed. You can request your
needs to HR, Finance and IT teams using this functionality.
Request For: Based on the type of request specified, Request
Forvalues will be populated in the dropdown. Make the request by
selecting the option from dropdown list.
Required From: Date field which allows you to select the date fromwhen exactly you need the requested element.
Required To: Date field which allows you to select the date that
tillwhen you need to require the requested things.
Email CC: Multiple email addresses could be mentioned here. This
fieldis generally to take the email address to which the Email
notification needs to be sent, example – specific Project Manager or
your Resource Manager.
Description: It is not a mandatory field. Here user can enter a shortnote on the request that you are making.
From Location: If the Request For dropdown list is selected as
‘cab’then you need to mention the location from where you need to be
picked up.
To Location: If the Request For dropdown list is selected as cab, thenyou need to mention the location to where you need to be dropped.
Submit: Once you click on Submit and request made is successful,
apop up will be displayed saying request has been sent successfully.
Requested details will be displayed on to the GridView. Email will
trigger to HR support / IT support depending on request type. Reset: On click of Reset all the fields will be reset to the initial state.
Attach File:If request type is IT then an email copy of
ManagerApproval has to be attached here.
On click of Delete symbol front of each row, a request displayed will be
deleted from the GridView. Once the request status is approved, then it is not
possible to cancel the request. Even if you delete, it only gets deleted from
the GridView. If the request status is pending and then you can cancel the
request by deleting it.
Insurance Details Page: On click ofInsurance Detail,page will redirectto
insurance details page. You need to enter self-insurance details first. You can
edit or delete the insurance details.

Date of birth: This field specify the date of birth of a person whoseinsurance data to be filled. Relationship: This field specifies how person is related to the employee. Name: Name of the person whose insurance data to be filled. Once the data is filled and on click of save, data will be saved and displayed on to the GridView.
Leave Request Page:You can apply for Annual Leaves/ Report EarnedComp Off. Confidential & Proprietary Manage Information Maximize Business Results ® Page 7 of 13

Applying for:
Annual Leave:If employee apply for annual leave, if there are anypending
Comp offs to be availed, the leave would be deducted from earned comp offs first and then deduct from annual leaves pending for an employee.
Report Earned Comp off:Employee can apply for comp off if theyworked
on Off days. If it is approved, then Number of days applied will be credited to
their Earned/Available comp offs count. Leave Type:
Full Day: If employee apply for full day leave, then (1* number of
days)will be get deducted.
Half Day: If employee apply for half day leave, then (0.5* number ofdays) will be get deducted. Applied Date: Dates applied for Annual Leave/Report Earned Comp off.
No. of days Applied: Count of Days applied for Leave/Report Earned Compoff.
Approving Manager: The manager by who leave will be approved orrejected.
Email CC: Multiple email addresses could be mentioned here. This field
isgenerally to take the email address to which the Email notification needs to
be sent, example – specific Team Lead or your Project Manager. Description: Reason for applying Leave.
Resource manager can apply for leave on behalf of selected repartee
employee as well. If the leave applied is on behalf of, then leave will be in
approved state and an email will trigger to Employee as well as HR support.
On click of Submit the request made will be successful and email notification
will get triggered to employee as well as Approving manager and HR support

On click of Edit, a popup will get displayed and Employee can update the information if needed.
On click of Update an email will trigger to HR Support, Resource
Manager and Employee.
Note: If mail is already triggered to an email id mentioned
in email cc field while submitting the leave request then
while editing, it will ignore those email id and consider rest
mentioned in the field.
Deletion of pending leaves will cancel the request made. On click of
delete an email will trigger to HR support and Resource Manager
(ifthe status is approved).
Note: Employee can delete the applied dates even if the leave request is in approved state.
Leave Cancellation Types: One or More day(s) cancellation: Email gets triggered to Resource
manager and HR Support.
Selecting all the dates and click on delete will cancel the leave request made and cancellation email will trigger to Resource manager and HR Support.
You can delete entire leave request from the list, on click of Delete Leave Request.

Leave Summary:
Earned Leaves:
Accrued Leaves: Previous year pending leaves (Balance Leaves) will be displayed.
Leaves Accumulated Till Date: Monthly gained leaves per year will be displayed
Total Available Leaves: Total of previous year balance leaves and current year leaves will be shown.
Leaves Availed: Total Leaves taken in current year will be displayed. Leaves Pending: Total leaves pending will be displayed
Comp-Off Leaves:
Number of Comp Offs: Earned comp off for the current year will be displayed.
Comp Offs Availed: Total leaves taken from comp off will be displayed. Pending Comp Offs: Remaining Comp off will be displayed.
Note: You can apply leave for multiple dates in single request i.e. you
can click different dates in the same calendar. Please note that, by
default, if you apply for annual leave, if there are any pending Comp

offs first and then deduct from annual leaves pending for an
employee. For clarification, please read Leave policy.
View Salary Slip Page: On selection ofmonthandyearthe salary slip forthat
month and year will be downloaded. Downloaded file can be exported to PDF format.
Note: Exported PDF is password protected. An email will be triggered to
your account on click of View Salary slip. Email will contain a password
without which you won’t be able to view the salary slip generated.
On click of My Profile, page will redirect to My Profile page consisting of three tabs.

My Profile Page:

My Profile Tab:This tab allows editing the profile information and on click
ofUpdate, employee data will be updated and a notification email will trigger toHR.
Previous Company Tab:This tab allows editing the previously workedorganization details. Please update these details.
Other Details Tab:This tab allows viewing the information related
toqualification, designation, and certification. Please keep your professional
trainings and certifications updated in your profile. This will be helpful for
Resource Manager and Client resource needs for project resources.
On click of Save/Update each time an email notification will trigger to HR as well as Resource Manager under whom you have report your daily task.
Colour Theme: You can even change the colour theme of your profile.

Holiday List: Lists out the official holidays declared by the company.
