Designed to FitThe Davida helmet shell is proportional to your head size. The size of helmet shell is never bigger thanit needs to be. The smallest shell is used to create the small sizes, a slightly bigger shell for medium andlarge sizes, and the largest shell for XL and XXL. Different sizes are then created by varying the linerthickness and interior padding.

When putting on and taking off it is essential to use the chin straps to firmly open the aperture.

At Davida we having been engineering, manufacturing and ridingsince 1975. It has all come out of our desire to make the productswe have needed for our machines and for riding. When we beganmaking a ‘pudding basin’ style helmet, the Davida Classic, in the1980’s, it was a shock to many in the industry though welcomedby many.

All our helmets are handmade in England with a full leather linerand it’s satisfying to see how good they look and perform after 20years of regular use. The interiors still look beautiful. We meet manyof our customers at shows and out on the road; they love theirDavida helmets and very rarely turn to anything else.

I think word of mouth has always been our greatest selling tool.When people use Davida helmets day to day, on the road they trulyappreciate the fit, comfort and quietness of our helmets and ofcourse their endurance. The Davida Jet integrates thefinest features of the traditionalopen face helmet into a modernsafety product that meets thelatest European Safety StandardsECE R22-05. We have developeda unique design process toproduce a superior fitting helmet.

The use of extensive human headdata has enabled us to producehelmets that are proportional tohead size. The Jet comes in threeshell sizes and six helmet sizes.

Sizing is achieved as follows;The smallest shell is sued tocreate the Extra Small and Small.the medium shell to make theMedium and Large and largestshell to make the XL and XXL. Thedifferent helmet sizes are createdby varying the liner thickness andinterior padding. Our Jet helmetsare, therefore, the most efficientsize and weight possible. Theinitial shell model has been finelysculptured by hand, using timehonoured modelling techniques,giving the fibreglass compositeshell an authentic classic shape.

The Davida Jet ACU approved is our tribute to thegolden age of racing.Our ACU Gold Davida Jet has carried the racing coloursof classic bike racers such as Bill Swallow,1st in the ClassicManx GP on a 350cc Honda in 1986, he has since won8 more and is the race record holder in the 350cc class.He is still the fastest person ever on the TT Course on250/350 and 500cc single cylinder bikes.

We did a lot of research in theearly 90s and brought to lifemany of the Classic gogglesyou see on the market today.Our close collaboration with LeonJeantet over the past 20 yearshas made Davida the longestestablished distributor of theirproducts, with the widest globalnetwork of dealers.

Historically the majority ofgoggles on the market originatedfrom Aviation. We wanted todevelop something that wouldwork specifically with Jet Helmetsso we collaborated in the designof the Aviator Pilot T1, T2 and T3goggles which offer excellentfitting with Jet style helmets andparticularly with Davida Helmets.

With distinctive classic styles andmanufactured from the finestmaterials the Aviator Pilot Tgoggle gives a comfortable andwindproof fit, following thecurvature of the face whilst alsofitting neatly into the aperture ofmost open face jet style helmets.

The Aviator Pilot T2 are designedto fit over spectacles and is thepreferred choice of Henry Cole.Through years of testing gogglesand listening to riders, we knowthe Pilot is by far the best choicefor the open face helmet.

The 74 WRS Mk1 Kit is a highly versatile and super comfortable pair of sunglasses. Fitted with detachable armsthat can be removed and replaced with an elasticated headband. The aerodynamically shaped frame is fittedwith detachable and replaceable lens carriers that have additional foam padding for comfort.

A full range of spare parts is available to cover all eventualities; although, made from lightweight and flexibleTR90, WRS Mk1’s are not easily broken.

TR90 is a stronger and more flexible material than polycarbonate, allowing them to mould into a comfortableand aerodynamic shape, giving an exceptionally close and wind resistant fit without creating uncomfortablepressure points across the nose-bridge or temples.

The JPV1 is a distinctive ‘Fighter Pilot’ shape, reminiscent of the first detachable visor created for the pilots ofthe early Jet aircraft in the 1960’s.
