– Who did what and when?– Interventions used, # of students involved in interventions, # of staff members involved in programs,

# of students logging in to a specific program.

• Perception– What do they know, or think they know?– How have their beliefs, attitudes, and knowledge regarding the issue been affected by your

programming. – Data are collected using surveys, needs assessments, opinion surveys

• Outcome – “So what?” – What numbers have moved. What testing needle or attendance number has changed as a result of

your intervention. Reports from the student information system. Grades, attendance, discipline, test results.
