Where on a scale of 0–10 do you think you contributed to achieving outcomes and increased social emotional wellbeing of yourself?

How will you show respect to your Manager and co-workers now that the code of conduct will be implemented to correct behaviour in the workplace?

What about in the future? What sort of things can you change about yourself that contributes positively to a successful work environment?

Over the 3 next months there will be new people coming in and out of the Organisation; lots of planning, developing work plans, implementing activities; using new processes, forms and systems, and going through training. How will you contribute to the processes?

If this all happens how can make sure everyone knows what is happening across the whole organisation?
