The high softening point of the marking materials ensures high resistance to deformation and low abrasion, making the incredibly durable markings ready for driving over after a short drying time. When processing our NILA®- products, you not only save time but also costs.

Do you need type I or type II markings, products with traffic class P6 or P7 or different and fully customisable colours? The portfolio of the dga- Group offers the optimum solution for any application or specification.

We can supply our marking materials as required in flat cartons, as block material or in polyethylene bags as powdered material.

Whether on roads, motorways, airports or car parks – the dga-Group has long satisfied the ever stricter requirements for orientation and safety in road traffic with its markings.

Our NILA®- products made from select stone dusts, sands and glass beads are characterised by tremendous permanent properties such as high night visibility, especially in wet conditions, as well as good grip with excellent adhesion and ease of use.

NILA®- Plast is a thermoplastic thick layer compound, distinguished by the following properties:

NILA®- Spray is a thermoplastic, thin-layered hot spray compound, distinguished by the following properties:

Significant minimisation of traffic safeguarding costs thanks to quick and easy application.

Cost saving: very low material consumption per application and use of the same hot plastic compound for both types.

Time saving: ready for driving over again within a very short time. Guide value: 5 to 10 minutes.

Premium raw materials guarantee optimal traffic engineering properties.

Ideally suitable for markings during the construction of new roads and for refreshing a worn marking.

-Plast GP 2.0-3.0 (Type II)

The bonding agent and composition of the thermoplastic marking material NILA®- Plast GP 2.0-3.0 (Type II) have been specially chosen so the material can be both inlaid and applied. In this way, the marking material can be applied reliably using a screed box or extruder.NILA®- Plast GP 2.0-3.0 (Type II) is ideally suitable for creating markings on asphalt traffic surfaces, such as roads, motorways, sports surfaces, airports and car parks, with strict requirements for night visibility.

-Plast PRO 2.0-3.0 (Type I)

NILA®- Plast PRO 2.0-3.0 (Type I) is a marking material that can be inlaid and applied to create type I markings with traffic class P7.This marking material is suitable for all kinds of asphalt surfaces, such as roads, motorways, sports surfaces as well as airports and car parks, where high marking standards are expected.NILA®- Plast PRO 2.0-3.0 (Type I) can be laid mechanically or manually using an extruder or screed box.

Mit NILA®- Plast PRO 125 / II RMD - 2.0-R ensures a smooth baseline with dots at regular intervals (see picture on the left). As this applied and structured thick layer marking is a type II marking, it enables enhanced night visibility, even in the wet, thereby increasing road safety.The marking material is suitable for roads with high DTV. To produce the type II marking, the structure required to enhance night visibility is applied using a special marker.Depending on the weather, the marking can be driven over after a short cooling time.

-Plast PRO 125/ II RMD

NILA®- Plast PRO 125 / II RMD has been specially designed to produce markings as a baseline with multi dots. This reflective marking material is suitable for creating markings on all types of asphalt traffic surfaces, such as roads, motorways and airports as a regular agglomerate with improved night visibility in wet weather conditions (type II marking). A special marker is used to apply the marking material as regular agglomerate with round dots (multi-dot-line) in one step with the baseline on the asphalt surface.Depending on the weather, the marking can be driven over after a short cooling time.The marking compound features very low shrink characteristics and low material loss during processing. Almost 100% of the material remains on the intended marking area during marking work.

-Spray SpK 2.0

NILA®- Spray SpK 2.0 is a sprayable marking material to create markings with traffic class P6. This marking material is suitable for all kinds of asphalt surfaces, such as roads, motorways, sports surfaces as well as airports and car parks with improved night visibility in the wet.

The low abrasion of the material makes this marking material especially durable. It is distinguished here by consistent properties over the entire lifespan without “glow worm effect” or similar. The marking material can also be processed quickly and easily. Material consumption per application is very low. NILA®- Spray SpK 2.0 is excellent for markings in the construction of new roads, but also for refreshing existing markings. Depending on weather conditions, the marking created with this making material can be driven over after a very short time. Guide value: approx. 5 to 10 minutes.

Unique features:

Available as type I marking with 1.2 mm layer thickness of the material; consumption: 2.28 kg/m2

Available as type II marking with 1.5 mm layer thickness of the material; consumption: 2.85 kg/m2

The same hot plastic compound can be used for type I and type II markings.

-Field

We have developed the thermoplastic compound NILA®- Field specially for the coloured design of asphalt surfaces. It is suitable for the coloured marking of asphalt cycle lanes where there is a lot of traffic. It can also be used for coloured markings on car parks, the design of special areas as well as lane division in so-called 2+1 traffic.We provide NILA®- Field in the colours traffic red, tomato red, green, blue and yellow.

NILA®- Field is applied using a screed box.
