He has mixed in well and showed a great attitude and positivity. He has taken on a variety of tasks, including press release and blog writing, research and social media. During his week, he wrote blogs for clients including Redbrik and John Holland, press releases for SIV and Mums’ Team and editorials for Owlerton Stadium. He also conducted a phone interview and he demonstrated his confidence and a good telephone manner. Rob grasped things quickly too, such as the creation of quotes and transforming press releases into client blogs. He was particularly helpful providing event support He also completed a number of research tasks. He’s proactive and takes initiative when given a task. Rob was very approachable and genuinely interested in the work we do. We would happily have him back for a further placement.

Advice for the future:

Rob has been trained as a journalist and naturally writes as a journalist. He can fine tune his style for press releases by incorporating more client messages. But this will come with practice and by research around a subject. Signed: Natalie Harrison Job Title: Account Manager
