Oversee requirements definition, enhancement roadmap, functional and visual design, competitive research and integration strategy across portfolio of four products, leveraging team of more than a dozen developers and analysts. Performed due diligence on several acquisitions. Serve as Vice President, Product Strategy through consulting arrangement.

Science House Science House is strategic consultancy in New York that specializes in developing business cultures. HandHold is a creator of bestselling mobile technology for autism and special education. Its products, used in classrooms and homes around the world, are independently proven to help those with autism overcome learning obstacles and acquire social skills. As Co-Founder and CEO, I grew HandHold from seed stage until its acquisition in 2015. Management Raised several rounds of equity capital to finance initial years of venture. Secured four R&D contracts from

the U.S. Department of Education (SBIR) totaling more than $2M. Achieved cash flow positivity in Year 1 and entity profitability in Year 3. Entity was acquired in Year 6.

R&D Served as Principal Investigator of four SBIR awards, leading cross-disciplinary teams including

researchers at Yale University and UCLA to develop and investigate new technologies independently proven to reduce learning obstacles for individuals with autism. Implemented feature roadmap for cross-platform suite of behavioral support, data tracking, social skills and speech therapy applications. Oversaw functional requirements definition. Managed direct technology reports in Agile development process.

Marketing Achieved #1 ranking in App Store category (grossing), coordinating with Apple and NOOK developer

groups to curate product. Managed integrative social media, online marketing and public relations campaigns. Developed site licensing program for U.S. schools and districts. Spoke regularly at national conferences for special education and education technology.
