HPV vaccines and cervical cancerCervical cancer rates were trending downward across the developed world during the past two decades

because of pap smears. Since the introduction of the HPV vaccines, Gardasil, principally, and Cervarix,which is GlaxoSmithKline’s version of the vaccine, we’ve seen upticks in cervical cancer rates in countrieswhere they have the strongest coverage rates, for example, in Australia, Sweden, the UK, and in Germanywe’ve seen cervical cancer rates exploding in the generation that received that vaccine. In addition, there’sa recent study in Alabama that shows that the counties that are using the vaccine the most heavily, they arealso seeing explosions of cervical cancer. So, there are two things that could be happening. The clinical trialsfound that women who were exposed to the HPV virus prior to receiving the vaccine actually had adramatically increased chance of coming down with cervical cancer pre-cancerous lesions. The increasedrisk from the vaccine among those women was over 46%. So, for a certain cohort of the population thevaccine actually increases the risk of cervical cancer. The other thing that may be happening is that womenwho get the vaccine may feel confident so that they don’t get pap smears, and pap smears have been the real

answer to cervical cancer. So, we don’t know which one is happening.

AutoimmunityThe odds of an 11- or 12-year-old getting cervical cancer are pretty much zero. Cervical cancer on average

strikes when you’re 50 years old and the death is when you’re 58. The disturbing thing about this vaccineis the vaccine had a very, very high adverse event rate. Within six months during the clinical trials, 50% ofthe girls had some sort of serious condition occur or some serious medical condition, a new medicalcondition occur, and we don’t know if it’s because of the vaccine or not because there was no placebo usedduring these studies. The other thing is that about 2.3% of the girls within the six months got autoimmunedisease or some indicator of autoimmune disease. So, the risk of autoimmune disease is a about 1 of every37 girls who got the vaccine within six months got an autoimmune disease. Autoimmune diseases are very,very serious. I have a client who got an autoimmune disease from the HPV vaccine from the Gardasil vaccinewhen she was 15 years old. She’s been in a wheelchair ever since. She’s now 24, so for 9 years she’s beenin a wheelchair. She has seizures every 90 seconds or so. The death rate from cervical cancer in this countryis 2.3 per 100,000. The chance of getting autoimmune disease from the vaccine is 2.3 per 100. That meansthat your chance of you getting an autoimmune disease from the vaccine are a thousand times greater thanof dying from cervical cancer. Nobody who understood those odds would ever take that vaccine.

No PlaceboThe gold standard for testing medical products is called the double-blind placebo study, and that’s how

virtually every medical product is tested to make sure that it’s both safe and effective. Vaccines are immunefrom that kind of testing, and none of the 72 vaccines that are now mandated for American children have everbeen tested in that kind of test against a true placebo. Instead, the vaccine companies use what they call“active comparators,” which is they use a very toxic placebo that is designed to cause harm to the comparatorgroup in order to mask the harms that are being caused to the study group by the vaccines. So, in the Gardasiltrials, instead of using a sugar or salt placebo, Merck used a neurotoxin called AHHS, which is a veryhorrendously toxic form of aluminum. With vaccines, the companies are exempt from using placebos. Thisis because vaccines are not classified as medical products.

Immunity to LiabilityWhen the Vaccine Act was passed by Congress in 1986, which gave immunity from liability to vaccine

companies, there was a gold rush by the vaccine companies to add new vaccines to the schedule because theysuddenly became very valuable because you couldn’t be sued. And the vaccine companies at that time tookadvantage of that old military exemption and said ‘Not only can we not be sued, but we don’t even have tosafety test these.’ So, of the 72 vaccines now mandated for America’s children, not a single one has ever beentested against a true placebo. What that means is that nobody knows what the risk profile is for any of thoseproducts. And what that means is that nobody can tell you with any kind of scientific basis, that any one ofthose 72 vaccine doses is going to avert more harm than it causes.

Julie Gerberding, former head of CDCThere are revolving-door problems with all our federal agencies, and all of our state agencies. There is

a phenomena that is very well documented called “agency capture,” which is a phenomena or dynamic bywhich the agency that’s supposed to protect the American public from bad drugs or pollution or what haveyou, ultimately becomes a subsidiary or a sock puppet for the industry that it’s supposed to regulate. Andindeed, that’s what we see with the CDC. The head of CDC from 2002-2009 was Julie Gerberding. She dida number of billion dollar favors for Merck. She silenced a whistleblower, William Thompson, who is stilla scientist at the CDC, who wanted to tell the public that testing of Merck’s vaccine showed that, particularlythe MMR vaccine, was causing autism in black boys, and other people, who got the vaccine on time and thatthe scientist had been ordered to destroy data showing that effect. And they went ahead and published thisstudy lying about it to the American people and to physicians. And Julie Gerberding did a huge favor toMerck by having that scientist punished and then silenced. She arranged for Merck to get the monopoly tothe multi-billion dollar MMR vaccine and to make sure Glaxo could not sell its vaccine in this country. Sheapproved the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, which is another Merck product. She approved the chickenpox vaccineand silenced whistleblower Gary Goldman, who is another doctor who said this vaccine is going to cause ashingles epidemic. Merck then not only got the chickenpox vaccine but it also was able to market a shinglesvaccine. She retired in 2009 and she was made president of Merck’s vaccine division in 2010 with a salaryof about $2.5 million and I think about $5 million in stock options.

The CDCThe CDC is actually a vaccine company. The CDC has a total budget of about $11 billion a year. And it

spends $5 billion of that buying vaccines from four companies, making sweetheart deals that are muchhigher, where we pay with taxpayer money much more for the vaccines than they pay for the exact samevaccines in Europe. And then they distribute those vaccines to the American public. So, they are approvingthe vaccine, they’re mandating them for the public, buying them from these companies who they’re friendswith, and then they’re basically forcing 78 million people to take an untested product. The CDC also ownspatents on many of the vaccines. In fact, across HHS, which is the mother agency, the FDA, CDC, NIH,which all regulate vaccines, different parts of the vaccine industry, are all parts of HHS, and those agenciesare allowed to hold patents on the vaccines that their scientists work on and then collect royalties. In fact,officials in those agencies who worked on the vaccines can also own part of the patent and then collectroyalties of up to $150,000 a year. So, every bottle of Gardasil that is sold, HHS is making money on it. Theymake tens of millions of dollars a year. So, you have the regulatory agency actually making money bypushing, by mandating this vaccine to people and then collecting money on it and ignoring the health effectswhen people are injured. And these are zero-liability products. No matter how toxic the ingredient, no matterhow grievous your injury, no matter how negligent the company, you can’t sue them. They can do anythingthey want with a vaccine and you can’t do anything about it.

Pharma can’t be suedNow, the four companies that make all 72 of these vaccines — Merck, Sanofi, Pfizer and Glaxo — are

all convicted felons. Those four companies in the last decade have paid over $35 billion in damages andpenalties and criminal fines for defrauding regulators, for falsifying science, for lying to doctors, lying topatients and customers, for killing hundreds of thousands of Americans. For example, Merck’s flagshipproduct before it put Gardasil on the market was Vioxx. Vioxx killed between 120,000 and 500,000Americans. It was a pill that Merck marketed as a headache pill that caused heart attacks. Merck knew thatit caused heart attacks because it knew it from its clinical trials. But it decided not to tell anybody. Most ofthose people who took that pill for a headache or for arthritis pain probably would have taken an aspirin ifthey knew that pill could have killed them. It requires a kind of weird cognitive dissonance for people tothink that this same company which is making most of our vaccines is lying about its medical products andkilling people and lying about its medical devices but somehow has decided to tell the truth about vaccines,which is the only product where it can never get caught. The only reason that all of those companies, Merckgot caught on Vioxx, and those other companies got caught on their other products, is because privateplaintiffs attorneys representing injured clients sued the company, got discovery documents that showedcriminal behavior and then walked those documents down to the U.S. Attorney’s office. That’s whathappened with Vioxx. The only place that could never happen is with vaccines because you can’t sue them,so there is no discovery, there are no depositions, there are no document searches. They can get away withit forever. And even if they get caught, there’s nothing you can do about it because you can’t sue them. It’scrazy to think that a lot of Democrats in our country, and I’m a Democrat, but these mandates are beingpushed by Democrats across the country. And they will tell you that these companies are corrupt, they gaveus the opiate crisis, and they knew they were going to do it, and they did it anyway. And to think that thosesame companies somehow, you know, are corrupt on every other product but somehow when it comes tovaccines, they found Jesus. And they’re not going to do that when they know they can’t get caught.

Good business plan, bad health planBy the way, I’ll make one last point. These companies today are making $60 billion a year selling

vaccines, and they’re making about $500,000 billion a year — half a trillion dollars — selling the Albuterolinhalers, the Advair for asthma, the Adderal and Ritalin and Concerta for ADHD, the diabetes medication,and the anti-seizure drugs and all of these medications for the chronic diseases that are caused by vaccines.That is a really good business plan for them, a really bad health plan for the United States of America.

The World Health Organization has been “captured”Part of Pharma’s strategy is to mandate vaccines for every man, woman, and child in the world and to give

us all IDs and to make it so that we can’t travel, we can’t drive a car, we can’t get an education. We can’texercise our constitutional rights unless we coercively consume by force their untested, zero-liability medicalproducts. The World Health Organization — that’s really a misnomer — the World Health Organization iseven more captured than the CDC is. The World Health Organization gets half its budget from industry. Itis absolutely controlled from top to bottom by the pharmaceutical companies, and particularly the vaccinemakers who use WHO to fabricate pandemics like the swine flu, H1N1, and make billions of dollars onpandemics that never happen, and end up hurting a lot of people in the process. And using the WHO to dumpbad vaccines all over Africa and tell the African countries, ‘You have got to take these or you’re going tolose all of your budget for your health departments and for HIV treatment and everything else.’ The WHOis just a sock puppet for the pharmaceutical industry — and that is part of the pharmaceutical industry’sstrategy to make us all take untested medical products.

The anti-vaccine slurI am pro-vaccine, but I want safe vaccines. People call me anti-vaccine because that’s a way of shutting

me up and marginalizing me and saying, ‘Well, you don’t have to pay attention to him; he’s anti-vaccine, andpeople who are anti-vaccine are crazy.’ But I have been fighting to get mercury out of fish for 35 years andnobody calls me anti-fish. I like to have seatbelts in automobiles; people don’t say I’m anti-automobile.Because I’m asking for something completely reasonable, which is to have a vaccine safety tested the waythat every other medical product has to be safety tested. And what I’ve said to the vaccine industry, to theregulators, to the press that tries to shut me up, is: ‘Show me one study that favorably compares vaccinatedchildren to unvaccinated children and shows that the vaccinated children are actually healthier and I will postthat on my website and I will get out of this business and I’ll go back to being a waterkeeper and protectingrivers full time which is what I want to be doing with my life.’
