• 1-2 pages in Word or 3-4 informative slides• A real need to be satisfied has to be identified and reasons why it is not met yet

Ideas collected• Idea: to build of a shopping complex with entertainment elements for

creating highly profitable businesses and getting further profit by satisfying consumer’s needs.

• In Ukraine, the entertainment industry is growing but resting places, where you can spend time with family, lack. Large shopping centers are generally focused solely on trade, so competition in this segment of the business is not great.

Ideas collected• We would like to create a Physical Shop in Krakow with the delivery for the

whole country Poland. We will specialize in sales, after-sale service and distribution for Chinese Smartphones and Tablets as we see a great potential in this. In comparison to famous brands like Samsung, Sony or Apple the Chinese Smartphones and Tablets are usually a lot cheaper but have still the latest hard- and software. Brands on which we would like to focus would be for example Xiaomi, OnePlus or Honor.

• Additionally, services such as try before you buy or already mentioned replacement phone in case of repairs can be considered as a distinctive product when compared with traditional services dealing with smartphones and similar devices.

• We would like to situate our shop in the strict city center preferably Kazimierz. Such location would attract locals and foreigners who might be interested in purchasing cheaper devices in Polish zloty.

Ideas collected• Peaky Blinders” Barber Shop • Gentlemen who are interested in classic and contemporary cuts for

the every day.• The concept of a purely male Barber shop exists for over a hundred

years. However, this format successfully existed only in the USA and only about ten years ago began to settle down in Europe.

• Not everyone feels comfortable getting a haircut in a women's hairdressers. So we decided to open a purely masculine place where you can not only be cut, but also spend time in the company of men.

• There are only two Barber shops in Krakow and they both are pretty successful.
