but low in nutrients) because they lead to:

HEALTHY SNACKS
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY Minimum of 60 minutes per day
Minimize TV, video games, & computer game time
SLEEP NEEDS 6 & 7 year olds need 10.5 to 11 hours
8 to 9 year olds need 10 to 10.5 hours
10 to 12 year olds need 9.5 to 10 hours
CONSEQUENCES FROM LACK OF SLEEP Unable to
concentrate which affects learning ability & quality of work
More likely to be overweight
More irritable
More prone to bullying others
