Rocela - Rebranding and repositioning
Rocela were one of the world’s fastest growing Oracle consultancies are anexisting Seton client. In late 2012 Rocela undertook an extensive client surveywhich resulted in the company realigning their business and requiring a rebrand.Seton were given the task to pitch for the project which was one following acredentials presentation. One of the first tasks was to help Rocela define thecompanies structure which resulted in Rocela changing to a Group format withthree service brands. The rebranding was launched with all divisions in a stagedprocess with a focus on digital marketing to drive traffic to the group website,to support this a monthly e-newsletter was produced, social media campaignundertaken, ‘master-class’ video channel set up on YouTube and a daily blog.
Objective: increase sales channels and group turnover (CEO objective: set up for a takeover)
Eight months after the rebrand launch Rocelawere taken over by in January 2014 by Irish ITservices company Version 1 for an undisclosedsum.
