Records are incomplete for wastes disposed off site prior to 1977 . In addition , previous practices included onsite thermaltreatment of liquid wastes .

(4) Hazardous Waste Solid includes the following : Surplus chemicals , Solidified oil, solvent and paint sludge, empty drums .PCB debris and empty capacitors and transformers .

( 5) Records are incomplete prior to 1981- sowever, the rate of hazardous waste generation was significantly less .

(6) PCB wastes were not generated prior to 1983 .
