CAREER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES / KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Currently writing a global health and safety standards document (including global retail standard and retail guide) and coordinating HSE compliance in key territories (UK, Europe, US and Australia).

Experienced in developing, leading and achieving cultural change towards an interdependent health and safety culture at a European and global level.

Instrumental in developing H&S strategies and indicators that co-ordinate with global expectations and meet local legal requirements. At a UK, European and Global level set up various policy templates and guidance documents, a network of H&S Co-ordinators and a suite of safety training courses.

Gained valuable experience of managing all levels of stakeholders at senior management, H&S coordinators within a complex and diverse European regions made up of fourteen companies in different countries with thirteen languages towards an interdependent health and safety culture.

At a global level co-wrote Global Procedure 6 on Health and Safety and participated in global development teams for the Learnings Database, Global Safety Survey and the Health and Safety and Environment Plan (HaSEP) application.
