aftermarket wheel industry. We offer monoblock wheels for the high end luxury and performance

vehicles, ranging from European, Domestic, and Japanese makes.

Our team of designers, engineers and auto enthusiasts fuel Rohana Wheels to create the most

innovate designs in today’s market. We offer two unique collections including our RC series,

Low Pressure Cast wheels, and the RF series, Rotary Forged Wheels with sizes ranging from 19”

to 22”, widths from 8.5” to 12”, as well as three concavities per wheel model.

The RF Series Wheels are the latest products in our line to be constructed our new Rotary Forming manufacturing process. This technique employs 3 hydraulic rollers, with pressure and heat, to stretch the barrel of the wheel to the specified diameter. While the wheel spins, the rollers stretch and compress the alloy, enhancing overall structural rigidity and durability of the wheel. This method of wheel manufacturing results in a dramatic reduction in weight in a uniform and natural manner.

RF SERIES ROTARY FORGED

The RF Series Wheels are the latest products in our line to be constructed our new Rotary Forming manufacturing process. This technique employs 3 hydraulic rollers, with pressure and heat, to stretch the barrel of the wheel to the specified diameter. While the wheel spins, the rollers stretch and compress the alloy, enhancing overall structural rigidity and durability of the wheel. This procedure results in a wheel that is not only stronger, but lighter.

The RFX10 features a complex mesh arrangement which immediately attracts the eye. Its intricate spoke design lightens the wheel but also creates strength in each individual spoke. This allows us to manufacture thinner spokes with equal strength for a lightweight mesh wheel.

The RFX7 features a true directional arrangement for a consistently revolving layout. Compared to many directional designs, the right and left wheels are manufactured in different directions allowing for the track to be consistent throughout the vehicle.

Our engineers took an additional step to ensure each vehicle is able to utilize the most concave face profile without interfering with brake clearances.
