OLA - Business Information ScreenBusiness type field has the highest abandonment rate - Some prospects get confused with SIC codes that appear. As a solution:

• If his/her SIC code does not appear, the merchant has the option to reject those choices and use his/her own description.

• We will accept any description the merchant types in.

• Once the application passes into our system, we will work it on the back end.

Benefit to agent –More applications go through, less abandonment rate

Benefit to merchant –Less frustration while filling out application
