OUR SPACES FOR HIRE Our sites at Lucas and Sebastopol offer the perfect solution for your next event.
BCH conference and meeting room facilities are bright and friendly with integrated and user-friendly audio visual systems and wireless internet throughout.
The multipurpose room (Lucas) divides with the ease of a retractable wall and features a ceiling mounted data projector and large presentation screen.
All other meeting rooms are equipped with large wall mounted interactive touch screens.
PLEASE NOTE: Ballarat Community Health venues are SMOKE FREE environments and all room hire agreements include a NO SMOKING policy. Guests are not to smoke within 20 metres of BCH property boundaries.

Room hire includes:• Tables & chairs• Interactive LED Touch Screens• Wireless Internet• Wireless Audio Visual System
BCH Room Hire includes tea & coffee for up to 20 people (for 20+ people an additional fee will be charged).
Equipment such as laptops and cables can also be hired at an additional cost. Talk to our team about your requirements ([email protected]).
PLEASE NOTE: It is expected that rooms be left in a clean and tidy condition and that no equipment is damaged upon its return. In the event that the above is not adhered to, the hirer may incur additional charges.
