Dal 1957 siamo specializzati nello STAMPAGGIO di POLIURETANI per sedie, poltrone, divani e complementi. Da un disegno in 3D o campione,costruiamo il modello, lo stampo, produciamo l’inserto interno (ove richiesto, in: metallo, legno, poliuretano rigido), infine stampiamo sopral’inserto il poliuretano più adatto: per soddisfare le sempre più esigenti e diverse richieste ed usi del mercato, stampiamo 7 formulazioni dipoliuretano, da quello “flessibile” (da tappezzare in tessuto o pelle) a quelli “finiti” , strutturali e non (diversi per morbidezza, colori, caratteristichetecniche, densità, tatto, autoportanza ecc.). Gli articoli di questo catalogo sono in poliuretano flessibile (da tappezzare); riserviamo invece ipoliuretani “finiti” (pronti per la commercializzazione) ai clienti che sviluppano modelli in esclusiva. I nostri clienti sono i produttori di sedie,poltrone, divani e complementi del settore arredamento (contract, ufficio, casa, comunità) navale, medicale, illuminazione. Since 1957 we have been specialised in MOULDING of POLYURETHANE for chairs, armchairs, sofas and furniture accessories. Starting froma 3D file or a physical sample, we make the solid pattern (model) and the mould, we design the inner armature (if necessary, that can me madeof metal, wood, rigid polyurethane) and mould it over with the most suitable polyurethane system. In order to meet the more and morechallenging requirements of the market, we offer seven different polyurethane systems: from the flexible one (to be upholstered with fabric orleather) to the finished ones, structural and non-structural (that are different for softness, colours, technical specifications, density, touch, weight-bearing quality etc.). All the products in this catalogue are in flexible polyurethane (need to be upholstered); the finished polyurethanes (readyfor sale) are only for those customers that develop their own exclusive designs. Our customers are chairs, armchairs, sofas and accessoriesmanufacturers of the furniture (contract, office, home and communities), medical, naval, lighting sectors. Assieme alla scocca sono fornite n. � lame di metallo di lunghezze diverse;posizionare la lama corta sulla parte posteriore della scocca (verso lo schienale).Fissare parzialmente la vite su ciascun lato con un avvitatore (non avvitarecompletamente); ripetere l’operazione con la lama lunga, posizionandola sulla parteanteriore della scocca (non avvitare completamente); disporre le lame con interassediagonale di cm �5 tra i fori. Avvitare completamente le viti per fissare a fondo le duelame nella posizione corretta. In caso di mancata precisa corrispondenza tra i foridella base e i fori delle lame, é possibile cambiare la posizione delle lame allentandole viti e agendo sui fori asolati delle lame.

Two different metal bars are supplied with the shell. Place the short one on the rearpart of the shell (close to the backrest). Tighten partially the screw on each side (donot tighten completely). Place the long metal bar on the front part of the shell andrepeat the operation (do not tighten the screw completely). Place the two bars at �5cm distance diagonally. Tighten the screws completely to secure the metal bars. Incase the holes in the bars do not perfectly match those in the base, it is possible tounfasten the screws and adjust the position of the bars by means of the ellipticalholes that allow for some play.

Le gambe vanno conservate in luogo asciutto. Prima del montaggio,utilizzare della colla legno-ferro dentro il tubo della sedia/poltrona ed attornoal tenone delle gambe. Montare le gambe e stringere la vite con una CHIAVEDINAMOMETRICA regolata con una coppia di serraggio pari a 35 NM(newton metri).

Legs should be kept in a dry place. Before assembling, it is necessary to usea wood-iron glue inside the square metal tube on the chair frame and on thesurface of the square part of the legs. Assemble the legs and tighten thescrews with a TORQUE WRENCH set on 35 NM (newton meters) closingforce.

Avvitare i � perni filettati 8MA x7�per circa � cm, con la punta rivoltaverso l'alto.

Screw the � threaded pins 8MA x 7�in for approx. � cm, points upwards.

Montare il sedile, inserendolo sui � foripresenti sulla scocca, premendo a fondo.

Put the seat in place, by inserting it intothe � holes that are in the chair shell,push all the way down.

Fissare il sedile nella parte posteriorecon apposita terza vite autofilettanteper truciolare (Tps) 3x5�.

Secure the seat in the back part withthe appropriate third screw for chipboard(Tps) 3x5�.

Montaggio del sedile: si raccomanda di usare la stessa forza nel serrare idue prigionieri laterali per evitare che la poltrona una volta montata possarisultare non in piano.Montaggio dei piedi posteriori: prima di stringere definitivamente la vite difissaggio del piede, assicurarsi che il piede stesso sia a contatto con il tuboin ferro. Per avere una perfetta aderenza consigliamo l’utilizzo di un martelloin gomma. Procedere quindi alla chiusura finale della vite.

Assembling of the seat: use the same strength in tightening the two lateralbolts of the seat to avoid creating torsions in the metal framework that maycause the chair not to stand properly after being assembled.Assembling of the back wooden feet: before tightening the fasteningscrew, make sure that the wooden foot is stuck to the metal tube.
