Crispy Fried Buffalo Meatballs

Celery, cut into 2in pieces 3 stalks

Blue cheese ¼ cup

Blue cheese dressing ¼ cup

Rosina Buffalo style Chicken meatballs 12 each

Method

1. Begin by pre heating your deep fryer to 350 degrees

2. Cut all celery into similar 2 inch pieces and set aside along with your blue cheese and blue cheese dressing

3. To serve simply fry your Rosina Buffalo Style Meatballs until crunchy on the outside and hot in the center and plate with your fresh cut celery, and blue cheese dressing that has been topped with even more delicious blue cheese.

Milk 5 cups

American Cheese 16oz

Cheddar Cheese 2 cups

Macaroni noodles, cooked 2 quarts

Rosina Buffalo Chicken meatballs 10 per order

Method

1. Begin by bringing water to a boil in a large stock pot for boiling noodles. When water reaches a boil add noodles and salt and cook until noodles are tender but still have texture

2. In a sauce pan begin to heat your milk over low heat until you reach a simmer. Add all American cheese and stir to combine well

3. After all American cheese has been added turn off the heat and add all cheddar cheese, stir until melted and combined

4. Combine cooked noodles with cheese sauce and portion into your desired serving dish

5. Add Rosina Buffalo Chicken meatballs on top of the macaroni and top with a final layer of cheddar cheese

Method

1. Begin by heating the Rosina Buffalo style Meatballs either in a 350 degree oven or microwave until hot in the center and reserve

2. Begin building the wrap by placing shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes down the center of your tortilla

Marinara 1 ½ TBSP

Buffalo Hot sauce ½ TBSP

Rosina Buffalo Style Meatballs, cut 8 meatballs

Mozzarella Cheese 3 ounces

Blue Cheese 1 ounce

Diced Tomato 2 TBSP

Fresh chopped Basil 3 leaves

Method

1. Begin by stretching your pizza dough to the same size of your pan gently so it does not break

2. Next add your buffalo sauce spiked marinara on top followed by Rosina Buffalo Style Chicken meatballs that have been halved and mozzarella cheese

3. Lastly add your blue cheese and bake in a pre heated 375 degree oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted

 Method

Method

1. Begin recipe by pre heating a sauté pan over high heat and adding your canola oil. When the oil is hot add all sliced onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers and cook until caramelized and tender

2. Warm the Buffalo Chicken meatballs either in the oven or microwave until hot throughout and set aside

Potatoes, diced 1 cup

Chicken Broth 1 quart

Roasted Red Pepper, cut into strips ½ cup

Corn, frozen or fresh 1 cup

Heavy Cream 1 cup

Method

1. Begin your soup by adding the canola oil to a sauce pan over medium heat

2. When oil is hot add diced potato and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it begins to gain some color

3. Next add your chicken broth, roasted red pepper strips, and corn and bring to a simmer

4. After the soup has simmered for 10 minutes add the heavy cream and Rosina Buffalo Style Chicken Meatballs and let simmer for another 10 minutes or until all of the flavors have combined well.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and finish with a garnish of sliced green onion before serving
