Each purchase of a coin helps children that became vic-tims of land mines. 100% of the purchase price of Euro 50,- will be made available for victims.

This project is an initiative of the Rotary Clubs of theBalearic Islands working with the International TrustFund Ljubljana, Slovenia, under the patronage ofAmbassador Wolfgang Petritsch, President of the NairoiSummit on a Mine-Free World.

The ITF Board of Advisors includes 22 Nations, 7 NGOs andthe European Union. The Board intends to double up theamount paid into the Fund by the participating RotaryClubs.

The participating Rotary Clubs will select the victimrelief and rehabilitation programs proposed by the ITF.Information is available on www.itf-fund.si

The Government of the Balearic Islands supports thisproject.
