2014-2015 STARTING POINT

28 enrolled EClub members reflecting awesome 80% retention, including 3 R-85 members and 2 Honorary members

representing 1909 total hours of 2013-2014 Rotary service and having contributed $5573 ($265/member) to The Rotary International Foundation

INTENTIONAL DIRECTION • Membership target 30 (10% end-of-year growth above prior end-of-year term)• Recruitment goal 4 accepted applications (10% growth less attrition)• Retention goal less than 10% attrition• Diversity Goals 20% of overall membership through specific outreach and retention

efforts• 5-year club alignment Growth, Retention of Diverse and Global membership from multi-year

effort• Expansion target 50 prospect contacts

INTENTIONAL EFFORT• Personal Outreach contact 100% of guest attendees and present EClub option when visiting• Application Review complete acceptance processing on 100% endorsed applications• First Year transition have 100% sponsor/mentor engagement for transferring Rotarians• Rotary Mentoring have 100% assignment to transition Rotary knowledge to new Rotary

members • Engagement/Retention have 100% member participation in some club activity
