    WG Mandat & Scope

    The Work Group Digital Infrastructure shall work for the availabilityof a secure digital infrastructure on the NCS when needed and wherepotential users have access on predictable commercial terms

    The Work Group shall make provision so that the entire industryachieve broadband services offshore by contribution to provide work

    principles for a governance model with respect to ownership andoperation of the digital infrastructure

    Included in the scope is high capacity communication to fixedinstallations as well as mobile installations and vessels (fibre and radiobased technologies)
