INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND SAVE TIME(MINIMIZE THE HEADACHES)

ENVIRONMENT:MULTIPLE MONITORS

20 to 50% productivity increase (35% on average)

More true multitasking

Easier side by side comparisons within programs

5

EASE OF USE:DUAL INSTANCES OF EXCEL

The ability to open two instances of Excel within a dual monitor environment is a very helpful solution.

With a little tweak to the system you can open separate instances each time you double-click an excel shortcut without having to open the Excel Program first each and every time.

*Note: These tweaks will default back after certain updates, so they have to be adjusted multiple times. See Page 30 & 31 for steps*

One simple right-click solution that is often not utilized much is Send To. If you have a folder you find yourself sending a lot of files to you can add that folder to your Send To destinations by doing the following:

Start, Run (Or Win Key + R) type in “sendto” to open the Send To folder

Right-Click, Choose “New Shortcut”, Browse to folder you want to add as new Send To location.

GOING TO THE CLOUD?

What is Cloud Computing?

Internet-based computing, whereby shared resources, software, and information are provided to computers and other devices on demand, like the electricity grid.

Practice of using a network of remote servers hosted on the internet to store, manage, and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer.

Internet based computing that enables users to access and share information (be that documents, video, software, etc.) from any computer, anywhere in the world.
