• Our city water has a very high sodium content.Trash & Recycle Bins

• All trash is to be in sturdy plastic bags, tightly tied and placed in the trash trailer located near the clubhouse. No paper bags please.

• There is no open burning of trash in the Park.• Please place all recyclables in their proper

container.Business Signs

• Signs are not to be displayed on your lots. Permanent sign on vehicle before it arrives here is permissible. You are welcome to place a notice on our bulletin board with manager’s approval. (Reasonable size)

Mail & Packages Our address is 3241 South Montgomery

Road, Casa Grande, AZ 85193-9226. Mail service is for Registered Guests only. When the mail is ready, the mail flag will be raised. Mail received after you leave will be returned to sender.

Speed Limit & Check-Out• We have a Park speed limit; it is 10 MPH.• Check-out time is 12 Noon. Please check

out and give your forwarding address.

Parking & Boondockers• There is no parking on hookup sites after

dark. • All Renters and Boondockers with rigs must

be escorted and parked by the management upon arrival and reentry.

• You are responsible for keeping your lot clean. An Escapee using a member’s lot will be expected to water the plants, shrubs, trees and also keep the weeds pulled. Treat the lot as if it were your own property. You will be billed for all damages incurred.

• Boondocking: first night is free, for a maximum of seven nights. Sharing of knowledge, labor and time is always appreciated. Please feel free to ask fellow SKPs or the manager any questions about your stay.

• No port-a-potties allowed.• No vehicle washing without manager’s

approval.• No washing of vehicles in boondock.

GuidelinesPLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ OUR CO-OP GUIDELINES FOR YOUR BENEFIT

1. Pets are to be on a short leash (8 ft. or under), tied or fenced. Pets are not welcome in clubhouse, except certified service dogs. There is a limit of 3 pets to a site. Please do not leave pets unattended outside of rig.

2. Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am. Generator hours 8-10 am and 5-7 pm.

3. NO SMOKING in any PARK buildings. 4. Bicycles and motorbikes are not to be ridden

on the walkways provided. No one shall drive or walk through any lot other than their own.

5. You must not leave your R.V. unattended more than 24 hrs. without notifying the manager.

6. RoVer’s Roost Co-op is not liable for fire, theft, or injuries occurring during your stay.

7. Restrooms and showers are closed daily from 10-11 am for cleaning.

8. Please do not use chemicals with Formaldehyde, Phosphorus or Disinfectants during your stay at RoVer’s Roost Co-op.

9. We do not give refunds or prorate rent.10. Lots and the Retreat area are a source of pride

to the Co-op. Storage outside the rig must be kept to a minimum.

11. Fire hoses and nozzles are property of the park. DO NOT REMOVE.

12. In keeping with the Preamble of the Rules which state that a successful Co-op requires the sharing of knowledge, labor and time, all who spend a substantial time at the Co-op are expected to serve on one of the committees or in one of the positions which have been established to ensure the smooth running of the Park.
