AN ICON FOR SALE Old scull, built in 1957 for Mervyn
Wood, Australian Olympic and World Olympic Champion
who was to scull in the 1956 Olympics in Melbourne, but
he teamed up and rowed in a Double Scull.
I bought the scull from Gus Green (boat builder in 1956
and sculled against Stuart Mackenzie (World Champion)
in 1957.
The boat is still rowable and is complete as original.
Original sculls go with the boat and these are still in good
condition. The boat is housed at WBRC in Maryborough
Queensland.

1998 MOULD 19 SINGLE SCULL with a few added
