The Rosebery is not simply a converted bus. The highly experienced Rosebery team is a leader in

event production for private individuals, corporate clients or brands. We offer a comprehensive

service handling all elements; from an intimate dinner for up to 18 seated to a party for 200. While

The Rosebery is invariably the centerpiece the outside area we create is flexible and can include

additional structures from the Rosebery Nightclub to the white-picket fenced Rosebery Garden.

The Rosebery also attends some of the most significant occasions in British social and sporting

calendar providing the ultimate venue for clients and guests.

The Rosebery is unique: a chic cocktail bar downstairs with elegant dining space upstairs

and a roof that rises smoothly at the touch of a button to offer unrivalled views. There is a

stand-alone kitchen for our chefs converted from a vintage horsebox. A 1966 Routemaster, the

restoration and conversion of The Rosebery shows extraordinary attention to detail using the

finest British materials and craftsmen. The Rosebery experience is a singular example of British

excellence, hospitality and originality with a dash of eccentricity. She is available for private hire.

The Rosebery at Royal Ascot is a private box unlike any other; located in the extremely rarefied Number 1 Car Park

with access to the Royal Enclosure. The Rosebery Enclosure is set up with The Rosebery, The Rosebery Grill, outside

tables and chairs, a canopy and white picket fencing. This creates an exclusive base for entertaining 16 guests with

the upper deck providing the perfect elevated viewing gallery and private dining room. It forms the centrepiece for

your day with your guests able to come and go as they please all afternoon.

Transport from London upon request.

11am Arrival at course.

11.30am Champagne and canapes, welcome and distribution of Royal Enclosure Badges to guests.

12.00 Tipster guides you through the races, sharing all his inside knowledge.

12.30pm Three-course lunch featuring dishes such as Cornish lobster, Rib-Eye steaks with truffled French fries and

salads served on the upper deck of the Rosebery.

2.00pm Royal Procession. You can view this from the Royal Enclosure or there is an excellent view of the Queen’s

carriages as they leave the course from The Rosebery.

2.30pm First Race.

4.00pm Afternoon Tea, consisting of traditional cream tea, a selection of sandwiches, cakes and tea or coffee.

5.35pm Last race.

Transport to London upon request.

The Rosebery will be open all day serving champagne, rose, white wine and Rosebery cocktails. Guests can enjoy

the races from the Royal Enclosure or stay at The Rosebery; we have a bookie on hand to place bets so you won’t

miss out if you want a flutter.

The costs for The Rosebery at Royal Ascot 2016 is £895 + VAT per person for 16 guests. This is all inclusive.
