24. Royal Adjustable Collars

Royal Adjustable Collars are made from galvanised steel and are used with Royal Shoring Frames and Royal Prop Inners. They are designed to enable a higher extension on the frame to avoid the need for smaller frames and it may be adjusted in height more than screw jacks.

25. Royal U – Head Hats

Royal U – Head Hats are made from galvanised steel with a spigot to fit into a Royal Prop and Royal Flat Jacks to provide a U, to support two bearers in place.

26. Royal Base Plates

Royal Base Plates are used on the base of frames seated on timber soleboards and /or on concrete slab surfaces.

Royal Base Plates come in (2) styles;• Base plate with Spigot 150mm x 150mm x 6mm• Base plate no Spigot 150mm x 150mm x 4mm

27. Royal Frames

Royal Frames are made from galvanised steel tube. The tube is 52mm in diameter and is certified to have a SWL of 4t on each leg. Royal Frames are 1200mm wide and are available in the following heights;

• 1000mm = 15.5kg• 1200mm = 16.5kg• 1500mm = 20.0kg• 1800mm = 23.5kg• 2100mm = 27.0kg

28. Royal Jacks

Royal Jacks are made from 40mm diameter x 4mm thick steel tube and are zinc coated. The Royal Jack has a rolled thread therefore there is no difference in the wall thickness of the thread. Available with a double U Head, single U Head or Flat.

Royal Jacks have an overall length of 710mm with an effective length of 580mm.

29. Royal / Shoring Frame Connector Spigots

Royal Frame Connector Spigots are 40mm in diameter, made from galvanised steel tube. Used in conjunction with Royal Frames, to vertically connect/join frame on frame.

Royal Shoring Frame Connector Spigots are 48mm in diameter, made from galvanised steel tube. Used in conjunction with Royal Shoring Frames, to vertically connect/join frame on frame.

30. Royal Shoring Frames

Royal Shoring Frames are made from galvanised steel tube. The tube is 60mm in diameter and is certified to have a SWL of 4.5t on each leg. Royal Shoring Frames are 1280mm wide and are available in the following heights;

31. Royal Shoring Jacks

Royal Shoring Jacks are made from 48mm diameter x 4mm thick steel tube and are zinc coated. The Royal Shoring Jack has a rolled thread therefore there is no difference in the wall thickness of the thread.

Royal shoring jacks are available with a U Head or Flat, 760mm overall length, with an effective length of 630mm.Also a 1200mm overall length is available upon request.

32. Royal / Shoring Frame Extensions

Royal / Shoring Frame Extensions are made from galvanised steel tube.

They slide into the top of the frame to extend an additional 300mm.

33. Royal Braces

Royal Braces are a light weight tubular crossbrace, used to brace frames and control the distance between frames. Used for both the Royal Frame and Royal Shoring Frames. Royal Braces have a simple (2) number system. The first number represents the height of the frame and the second number represents the opening between frames. Royal Braces are available in the following sizes;

36. Royal Penetration Covers

Penetration Covers are used to cover column holes on the suspended slab deck. Whilst they act as a safety barrier preventing people falling through column holes, they also allow light to get in, through the mesh design.

37. Royal Safety Handrail Posts

Royal Safety Handrail Posts are available in three different styles.

One can be screwed onto the perimeter of the deck or bolted onto the perimeter of the slab.

The other two can slide and lock onto either the 6 x 4 bearers or4 x 3 timbers on the edge of the deck.

41. Royal Z Bar Wingnuts

Royal Z Bar Wingnuts are cast steel, which have a 15mm diameter hole that fastens onto the Royal Z Bar.

They are available in double or single arm.

42. Royal PVC Conduit

Sizes available:• 25mm outside diameter• 27mm outside diameter

Depending on which Royal Z Bar Cone is used, will determine which Royal PVC Conduit you use. All Royal PVC Conduit comes in 4.000 metre lengths.

45. Royal Coil Tie Springs 2 Bar

Royal Coil Tie Springs are Australian Made from steel, and are available in sizes from 150mm – 900mm, sizes go up in increments of 25mm.

Coil Tie Springs are primarily used when forming walls and rectangular columns.

Royal Z Bar Cones are made from a high grade durable plastic.

46. Royal Coil Tie Springs 4 Bar

Royal Coil Tie Springs are Australian Made from steel, and are available in sizes from 150mm – 900mm; sizes go up in increments of 25mm.

These springs are the heavy duty 4 bar springs.Coil Tie Springs are primarily used when forming walls and rectangular columns.

47. Coil Tie Bolts

Royal Coil Tie Bolts are made from high tensile steel.

48. Royal Threaded Rod

Royal Threaded Rod is used as an extension for Coil Tie Springs.The Royal Threaded Rod has a diameter of 12mm and comes in 3 metre lengths.

Also available are wire wing nuts to suit threaded rod.

49. Royal Coil Tie Cones

Royal Coil Tie Cones are made from plastic and are available in 4 different sizes, which are screwed on the coil tie spring

The standard size used with Coil Tie Springs is the 25mm cone.

50. Royal Cone Bolt Spanner / Ratchet Wrench

The Royal Cone Bolt Spanner is used to tighten / remove Royal Coil Tie Bolts and also to remove Royal Coil Tie Cones once your wall or col-umn has been stripped. On one side of the Royal Cone Bolt Spanner, there is a 19mm socket for Royal Coil Tie Bolts; on the other side there is a 21mm hexagonal solid rod which removes Royal Coil Tie Cones.

The Royal Y Spanner is used to remove Royal Z bar cones once your wall and column has been stripped.

The Ratchet Wrench tool is used to tighten and loosen Royal Coil Tie Bolts. One end has a 19mm socket, and the other end has a 22mm socket.

Concrete Plugs are used to plug holes that are left when you remove coil tie cones, also used as an architectural finish on concrete walls. They are 30mm in diameter and 15mm deep.

52. Soffit Spacers

Soffit Spacers are made from galvanised steel sheet.

Available sizes:50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm, 225mm, 250mm, 275mm, 300mm, 325mm, 350mm, 375mm, 400mm, 425mm, 450mm.

Used as a form spacer for stepdowns and may be used on vertical forms.

53. Formply Repair Plugs

Plastic plugs used to repair holes drilled in plywood.

54. Mould Release Oil

General purpose release agent for use in a wide variety of concrete moulding operations.

Provides protection of corrosion to steel formwork and also adds longevity to plywood. Easily applied by mop or spray.

55. Lanotec Release Agent

Lanotec Release Agent is a natural product made from Lanolin. Lanolin is a unique natural substance produced by sheep to form a natural protective coating on wool fibres. Lanotec Australia has developed a lanolin based Release Agent, that is a WATER SOLUABLE CONCENTRATE, which has the following benefits;

• Environmentally Friendly, Non-Toxic, Non-Carcinogenic, Bio Degradable

• Extends the life of timber formwork. - Mix at 6:1 for formwork (Protects end grains from swelling)

1. Standards with Spigot

Vertical corner of scaffolding bays that sits on scaffolding base jacks. Ledgers, transoms and diagonal braces connect to these standards. Standards have a spigot on top enabling another standard to be put on top to reach greater heights.

3. Ledgers

Ledgers connect between two standards to give width to the scaffold bay.

Available sizes:• 0.90m• 1.20m• 1.80m• 2.40m

5. Hop Up Brackets

Hop Up Brackets are used when you wish to have a platform that steps out from the scaffolding bay. Two are connected to opposing standards in one scaffolding bay, and are used with tie bars and steel planks to create an external platform to work on.

Available sizes:• 1 board• 2 board• 3 board

2. Transoms

Transoms connect between two standards to give depth to the scaffold bay. The depth of the bay determines how many steel planks can be laid down as a platform for working on. Also available are ladder access transoms that enable steel stair rises to be placed within a scaffolding bay.

Available sizes:0.50m, 0.70m, 1.00m, 1.20m, 1.80m, and 2.40m

4. Diagonal Braces

Diagonal Braces connect two standards together in a single scaffold bay to provide strength and stability to the bay. Connected width ways.

6. Tie Bar

Tie Bars are used to connect two hop up brackets width ways to provide strength and stability to the hop up platform created. They also lock in the steel plank being used as the external working platform.


7. Scaffold Base Jacks

Are used as the base for scaffolding bays, in which standards are put on. Provide stability by adjusting the level of the bay on uneven ground.

8. Scaffold Tube

Scaffold Tube is used in conjunction with couplers to brace scaffold bays and formwork bays to various points to give extra stability. Scaffold tube is available in a variety of lengths.

9. Couplers

Couplers are used to connect scaffold tube to scaffolding and formwork frames, which is then fixed to various points to provide stability to the scaffolding bay or formwork bay. Are available in a fixed 90-degree angle, or with a swivelling center to provide extra durability.

10. Steel Planks

Steel Planks sit inside the scaffolding bay, with each end sitting on the corresponding transom. The plank provides a working platform. The planks are also used to sit on hop up brackets connected to standards to provide an external working platform.

11. Toe Board Clamps

Toe Board Clamps clip into the standards at the base of the working platform, which enable a steel plank to be stood up on edge and clipped in. This provides a kick board on the working platform, stopping various materials falling off the platform.

12. Internal Joint Pin

Internal Joint Pins connect two ends of scaffold tube together.

13. Sleeve Couplers

Sleeve Couplers are used to connect two ends of scaffold tube together.

14. Steel Stair Rises

Steel Stair Rises are used within scaffolding bays to provide easy access to a working platform above. The bottom and top of the stairs lock onto ladder access transoms.The stair rises also come with a handrail to provide extra safety when accessing platforms above.

15. Ladder Beams

Ladder Beams provide an access opening within scaffolding set ups to allow for material handling on site. Having the beam raised and spanning from one scaffolding bay to the other achieves this as you can then have the bays above supported by the beam, giving the access point for various reasons, e.g. Forklifts and trucks.

3. Electrical Lead Stands

The Royal Lead Stand safely suspends extension leads off the floor. The lead stand is light weight with a strong durable non-conductive plastic top with multiple slots to hold numerous leads. The steel base may be safely secured down to the floor to prevent it from toppling over.

2. Electrical Test Tags

Adhesive backed, security sealed, high quality vinyl material, self laminating with heavy duty clear polypropylene which provides high strength and durability for outdoor use. Available in each co-lour for each corresponding monthly period; Red, Blue, Orange, Green, White & Yellow.Simply complete the tag details, peel back the paper and apply the protective coating.

Tradesman leads, 10 Amp clear plug and socket with 15 Amp cable.Available in 30m lenghts.

4. Plastic Electrical Lead Hooks

This multipurpose hook is specifically designed to safely suspend electrical leads off the ground, and with the elevation of cables re-moves trip hazards from the work site and prevents wear and tear.

5. Steel Strapping

Steel Strapping is 19mm wide, 0.50mm thick and comes in a portable ribbon wound coil approximately 15kg in weight.

Steel Strapping Seals are open metal clips for safe and effective sealing of steel strapping.

7. Steel Strapping Tensioner

The Tensioner has a serated feed wheel which engages the strapping firmly. Fast and easy to use.

8. Steel Strapping Sealer

Steel Strapping Sealer is used to crimp 19mm Steel Strapping Seals.

9. Steel Strap Dispenser

Used to carry Steel Strapping and prevents it from un-coiling.

10. Steel Strapping Sealess Tensioner and Sealer

This is an all in one tool. Used to tension steel strapping, crimp steel strapping and cut steel strapping. No need for Steel Strapping Seals.
