I. Core Competencies (3)Understand, implement, and analyze factual knowledge, conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive by curiosity tentangilmu knowledge, technology, art, culture, and humanities with human insight, national, state, and civilization-related causes of phenomena and events, as well as applying procedural knowledge in the specific field of study according to their talents and interests to solve the problem.II. Basic Competencies (3.3)Analyze the tissue structure of the constituent organs of the human motion system.III. IndicatorStudents can identify the types of muscular tissues in the human motion system.IV. Learning ObjectivesAfter completing the discussion, students can describe the characteristics of various types of muscular tissue and its location correctly.V. Material DescriptionAll human activity, such as smiling, practicing, writing, swallowing food, and throbbing heart, the role of the muscle. Histologically, the muscular tissue can be distinguished on smooth muscle, cardiac muscle, and skeletal muscle.a. Smooth muscle Smooth muscle is the muscle tissue composed of cells that form the spindle. In the mid section looks bulging, and both ends pointy. Cell nucleus is round and located at the center of the cell. Properties of smooth muscle work is influenced by involuntary nervous system that can not be tired and slow activity. Smooth muscle can be found on the walls of internal organs, such as the intestinal wall, blood vessel walls, the walls of the ovary, bladder wall, ureter, and lungs.

b. Skeletal muscle (striated muscle)Skeletal muscle is the major muscle components that make up our bodies. Called skeletal muscles because these muscles attached to the skeleton. Skeletal muscle has a dark and a light bundle so called striated muscle. Skeletal muscle cylindrical, long, unbranched, has many core located on the edge of the cell. Skeletal muscle capable of quickly contracting and relaxing, influenced by voluntary nervous system, making it easy to tired. c. Heart muscleThe heart muscle is the muscle that make up the heart. Contraction of the heart muscle can cause blood to flow from the heart to the rest of the body. Heart muscle has a shape such as skeletal muscle is cylindrical and long, the difference is that the heart muscle branched and has only one core is located in the center of the cell. In addition, the activity of the heart muscle is affected by the involuntary nervous system that can not be exhausted.

1Opening4 ObserveDisplays images related muscle mediated activity, such as smiling and running.

AskingStudents ask questions helped by teacher about what causes us to be able to perform these activities Attracting attention Stimulating motivation

Giving reference

2Core8 Collecting DataThe teacher divides the students into groups and each group is given student worksheet. Worksheets contain pictures organs in the human body and the types of muscular tissue. Based on the pictures, the students determine the types of muscle and its characteristics, and then analyze the location of the muscles in the human body. CommunicateVerbally explain the types of muscular tissue and their caracteristics in accordance worksheet that have been done Giving reference

3Closing3 Summarizes Summarizes the students' understanding of the types and characteristics of the muscle by filling the table. AssociateConnecting students' understanding, the characteristics of the muscle with its mediated activity. Reviewing
