I’d like to extend a warm welcome to the Class of 2017. As the first class to enter Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, these students will have a spe-cial place in our school’s history. We wish them the best, as they begin the journey to becoming dental professionals. In this issue we include the list of our faculty who appeared on New Jersey Monthly’s 2013 list of Top Dentists. Our faculty and alumni dominated the list, once again. That is indeed a testament to the world-class education offered here at RSDM. I am certain that in the future, I will see many members of the Class of 2017 on that very same list. I hope everyone enjoys the last days of summer and has a safe Labor Day weekend. Sincerely,
