Please run a Lack-of-Fit test and draw conclusions

Use the “Fit Model” capability in Analyze to apply to the data

Add the main effects and interaction terms into the model in a way as showed in the previous examples

Click the “Run Model” button to acquire the output

Since the p-value is .0094, there is a significant lack of fit and the star points should be run.
