RT-20S Slant Bed CNC Lathe Strong, Reliable, Accurate and Fast for Cost Effective Manufacture Machine Description The EFAMATIC RT-20 S Slant Bed CNC lathe can be supplied with a Fanuc Oi TF or GSK 988Tdi Control. It has a rigidly designed base and tailstock for extra stability and a quick indexing 12 station turret. One station is indexed in .3 seconds and six stations in .8 seconds. Both axes are fitted with heavy duty linear guides and large diameter ballscrews supported by precision angular contact bearings. The ballscrews are coupled to the maintenance free Digital Servo Motors by high precision couplings which offer the best rigidity and which allow for fast rapid traverse rates and accurate tolerance machining. Automatic lubrication is provided to all the guideways and ballscrews and the lubricator only discharges during machining, thus preventing unnecessary oil contamination of the coolant. A high pressure coolant pump which is ideal for U drilling is standard and the base has been designed for excellent chip flow. Productivity Performance Profitability

The Efamatic BT-22 CNC Lathe has been designed

and engineered from the ground-up for the

specific task of Bright and Diamond Turning.

Machine Description

The EFAMATIC RT-20 S Slant Bed CNC lathe can be supplied with a
