• Since there is separate licensing of R99CEs and PSs it is good to see if the HW limit is reached or how much is left. This KPI shows in percentage the ratio of licensed HW.

• This KPI consist of a single counter in which the ratio is already calculated. It work for Flexi rel2 and above. The logical formula for the counter is
