Run 1952 – Southside Sheridan Spectacular This week’s Run was turned on by the lovely Prickle Magnet and the gracious Helmet —The HOFF of hillside watch fame, for a rollicking Hill and water- side run through the wilds of Forest Gardens. The pack assembled with a robust announcement from Stroker - but faltered for a moment to allow DV8 to take a pee. The mob set on trail through hills and dales and what a pack of runners … leaving the Tiny Tool in their wake. Modnoc and besty DV8 found love in the hills in the form of a dwelling void of the pressures of life, and dreamed of that happy place they could call home with no outside influences like other people. …. Anyway back to realty. The runners returned with the course being well praised for Qld arrows not those NSW arrows, false trails to die for with the most awesome regroup mid run so everyone was reminded why they walk. Modnoc gave the run 9.5 Hash visitors Wee Wee, Champion and Sniffer were welcomed and engaged the group with stories of Hash meets gone wrong back in the day where 0.08 was ok but still missed the mark in the eyes of the arresting constable. Circle was called .. no one cared so charges were layed thick and fast Moddy, Snice, Dunno, Nico, DV8, Pythag, Flatu- lence, Layback, Pylon, Royal Tee, Mofo, Helmet, Prickle Magnet, Wee Wee, Champion, Sniffer all welcomed to a down down. Followed by plenty of song and tongue in cheek mo- ments for the pack. Pythag threatened a no nuts charge, Prickle took a Sicky and was congratulated on her commitment to putting on a great run and yummy tucker consumed with zest by all. HASH hISTORY

Alberto Esteban Ignacio Gispert, hash name "G" Along with "Torch" Bennett, Cecil Lee and a few others, "G" founded the Hash House Harriers at the Selangor Club in late 1938, the name being taken from the local nickname for the Selangor Club.

1967 (August) - Sydney HHH formed - Australia's first HHH

1967 (August) - Hobart HHH formed - Australia's second HHH

1971 - first HHH in United States, the Fort Eustis HHH

1973 - 1500th KL HHH run (by which time there were 35 other HHH clubs

1980– Trinity HHH formed - there were about 120 other HHH clubs in 36 countries
