This is abnormal to me. I'd expect meteor at level 4, since you no longer need 2 points in event horizon to land the meteor -2

AP mids usually do 9 utility as opposed to 9 defense. I'd personally move to 9 utility. -2Also, your defensive masteris are off ~ Enchanted armor is one of the worst masteries in the game, and those two points should instead be put into something like unyielding. Enchanted armor will give you like, .5 MR from the MR you get from athenes. It's REALLY bad.

But you just told me to use W for trades only!! This point conflicts with that. Also, i'd like you to go further into detail about exactly how you use this in trades. With it having such a high delay, there is a lot of counterplay your opponents have to dodge the meteor; I'd like you to go further into detail about why this skill is so goo for trading

Show us an example of how you used this to initiate a fight. The casting range on this spell is still quite small compared to other catch spells like ahri's charm, so i think that this is a little misleading. With the way this is worded right now, I think that this is kinda telling veigars to be positioned near their front line and initiate fights - Which isn't always the case as tanks may be able to initiate on veigar and instakill him. Try rewording this section.-4

Farming

FarmingwithVeigarisdifferentfromhowitusedtobewiththechangesinpatch5.4.ThechangestohisBalefulStrikeaddalittlebitmorecomplexitytotheprocess.YoucannowQfarmfromfurtherawayduetoit'sincreaserange.Additionally, BalefulStrikecanpassthroughuptotwotargets.Thiscanpotentiallyallowfor2QstackswithoneQ.However,theabilityisnowaskillshot.Youhavetopositionitcorrectlysothatithitsyourtarget(s)ofchoice.Ideally,youwouldwanttogettwoadjacentminionslowenoughthatyoucanthrowoutaQandexecutebothofthemfor2AP.However,thisissomethingthatwilltakeabitofpracticetoachieve.AdditionallyyoucanQaminiondirectlyinfrontoftheenemylanertobothfarmand

I really don't think you need the increased stun duration to successfully land a dark matter. I strongly disagree with having two points in event horizon. With smartcasting, you should be able to drop down all your spells before your opponent can react. -1
