Following receipt of a number of bids, we are instructed to invite interested parties to submit Best and Final

offers in order to bring the sale of the above property to a fair and swift conclusion.

Detailed below is the way in which offers are to be submitted in order to be considered:

1. Best and final offers are to be in writing and are to be received at Innes England’s Nottingham office

or by e-mail to [email protected] by no later than 5pm on Thursday 12th

September

2019. All offers are to be addressed to Craig Straw marked “Private and Confidential”.

2. All offers must be for a specific sum of money (to be clearly stated in words and figures) and must

not have reference to any other bid (ie 1% or £1 more than the highest offer).

3. The identity of the purchaser should be confirmed, including a summary of their track record and

financial standing.

4. Offers are to be on the basis of the property as seen and outlined for identification purposes only in

our sales particulars.

5. Offers will be considered on either an unconditional, subject only to contract, or conditional basis.

Any conditions of an offer must be clearly stated within the offer including information on any due

diligence undertaken such as planning, layout etc.

6. Confirmation as to how the finance to pay for the purchase is to be raised together with a letter

from the funding source confirming the funds / facility is in place.
