1. Additional exhibitor badges

1.1 Additional exhibitor badges 16 €

Exhibitors entrance to the territory of the exhibition complex during the assembling, disassembling and exhibition hours of work (08:00-20:00) is possible only by exhibitor badges.

Companies get free badges depending on the size of the stand: every 3 sq. m. = 1 badge*

Attention! Badges will be handed already filled. Therefore, you must fill the form in the personal account at website.

Exhibitor badges ordering procedure

• Calculate the number of badges that are included in the price of your contract. If necessary, order additional quantity.

• Indicate employees who need badges in exhibitors account on the web site no later than September, 5, 2019 (all badges are personalized only)• Get ready badges at the registration desk during the period of exhibition mounting

8. Rent of conference hallsand additional equipment

8.1 Announcement of events FreeWe are ready to post information about your event in the Business programme of the exhibition. For this please provide us with all the necessary information. The text of announcement can be edited or published in a shortened version.

8.2 Rent of conference halls For the convenience of conducting your events, we are pleased to offer you a unique transformable hall «Crocus Congress Hall» (Pavilion 3, hall 20), which unites 36 meeting rooms («3-01» – «3-36») for 150 people each one, with option of building space of all configurations and sizes.

The duration of the planned event needs to be a multiple of one hour. When ordering a room, please, check with the Organiser the possibility of event in a given place at a given time.
