WINCHESTER ADVANTAGES

Across the board, Winchester Safes offers the most important fire protection and burglary features a gun safe can have.

Our fire ratings start at 30 minutes on our Bandit Series and go up to 2.5 hours on our

industry leading Legacy Premier Series. Burglary protection such as recessed doors,

larger locking bolts, reinforced door jambs and auxilliary relocker are also common on all

Winchester Safes.

Higher fire ratings up to 2.5 hours at 1400°F, larger locking bolts up to 2”, thicker steel,

upgraded interiors, door panel organizers, the exclusive Slide-Lock Shelf System and the

Power Docking System (PDS) are just some of the features you can expect when you step

up in series and models with the Winchester Safes 2015 line.

BURGLARY PROTECTIONAll Winchester Safes, except the Bandit Series, have gone through and passed the

rigorous testing for burglary protection by Underwriters Laboratories (UL). In fact, due to

our innovation in 1991, we were the first safe manufacturer worldwide to be listed by UL

under the Residential Security Container (RSC) category. Today, we are recognized as the

industry leader in raising the level of security of gun safes. Every Winchester Safe has

also been tested and approved as a California DOJ firearm safety device. We also only use

UL Listed LA GARD or Sargent & Greenleaf locks on all Winchester Safes.

FIRE PROTECTIONOutstanding fire protection is one of the primary reasons to purchase a Winchester Safe.

Our new Bandit, Pony and new Tradition Series offer great value at fire ratings ranging

from 30 to 45 minutes at 1200°F. The Ranger Deluxe Series through our Legacy Premier

Series and Home & Office Series, are all fire rated at an advanced temperature of 1400°F

and have fire ratings ranging from 60 minutes to 2.5 hours.

Fire protection and ratings are determined by the amount of layers of fireboard in the door

and body. The construction of the safe is also crucial to achieve the highest fire rating

possible. When you compare the fire ratings of Winchester Safes to our competitors, our

safes provide greater fire protection. In most cases, we utilize thicker fireboard and an

increased number of layers to provide the industry’s best fire rated gun safes.

You’ll see icons highlighting the fireboard in all our safes.

Winchester Safes also incorporates an external hinge in our door design. The obvious

advantage of an external door hinge is that it allows 180 degrees of swing and complete

door opening to access your safe interior. Any competitor safes that use an internal hinge

must have approximately a four inch square “relief” cut into the fireboard inside the safe

to facilitate the internal hinge to swing inside the safe body. There is little or no insulation

in the “relief” cut area, which will allow heat transfer directly into the interior of the safe

and could destroy your valuables.

We had a vision in 2012 to once again manufacture Winchester Safes back in our home town of Fort Worth, Texas. Our vision was to manufacture the highest quality safes at a great value for our customers. To do this, we knew we had to invest in some of the most highly automated and sophisticated manufacturing equipment available.

In the past three years, we have invested millions of dollars in automated manufacturing equipment and facilities. We are utilizing the very latest technology in laser cutting, robotic-tended forming equipment and robotic welding. We also have a state-of-the-art powder paint system. This equipment enables us to build safes with the finest fit, consistency and finish in the industry; allowing us to produce andbuild safes faster than any of our competitors. A finished safe comes off of our production line and is shipped to our customers every 2.2 minutes! The results of our investment now give our customers the option of buying a “Made in the USA” Winchester Safe in sizesand price points that our competitors still manufacture outside the USA.

In 2015, we will continue our expansion of safes made in the USA by revitalizing our Bandit Series and improving the successful Tradition Series. The Bandit Series will have an improved fire rating of 30 Minutes and we have added two additional safes sizes. We have also made improvements to our Tradition Series by adding a new Gun Metal Gray color, extra-large hinges, and the addition of an accessory door panel organizer.

In the future, we will continue to expand our made in USA safe models where we see product gaps in the market and opportunity to fulfill our customer’s needs. We also will be investing in additional facilities to meet the expectations of growth we have planned over the next several years.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTYEach Series mentioned above comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is

transferable for a nominal fee. All locks are warranted for a period of two (2) years after purchase. An optional extended warranty on locks can

be purchased through winchestersafes.com for a nominal fee during the initial lock warranty period.

LOCK WARRANTYThe LA GARD and Sargent & Greenleaf locks used on these safes come with a (2) year warranty against defects

in materials and workmanship. For a nominal fee, the lock warranty can be extended an additional (9) years, for a total of (11) eleven years coverage on the lock. The additional coverage can be purchased at winchestersafes.com.
