Implementing Change
Change is complex. Change moves emotionally. Change requires innovation.
Seminar Description
Contemporary organizations have to deal with the design of change for a variety of reasons in order to keep their position on the market and to be prepared for the future. The planning horizons become increasingly shorter – while simultaneously sustainability is aspired. Methodologies for leading or the management of change are abundant, nevertheless change projects fail to a high degree. One of the reasons often is the underestimation of the complexity of such initiatives.
Learning objectives/Content
We provide the essence of our experiences from own change projects and link existing methods with the relevant practice. We use our holistic approach: The interaction of practical expertise, methodological competence, leadership and elements of coaching. In the seminar we deal with case studies and pitfalls and develop an awareness for the necessary guidance, organizational design and project management. Recognized methods for the design of change projects are complemented by chosen topics of staff leadership and project management.

Leading Change
Leadership and self-guidance during transitions and transformations: Orientation in the jungle of requirements and possibilities.
Seminar Description
Leadership comprises many aspects. Only a few master them all: guidance and efficiency, motivation and charisma, stress and resilience, vision and authenticity, and much more. Besides the requirements in the job, managers in the upper and middle layers in organizations are challenged to navigate through a vast forest of aspects of leadership. It lacks orientation for leadership. The necessities are even more demanding, when leadership is required in changes.
Learning objectives/Content
In the seminar we guide through chosen leadership concepts and evaluate these with respect to the environments, the participants are involved in. The comparison provides insights about the participants own personality and their current challenges. First steps towards individual development are pursued in exercises during the seminar. The seminar content is complemented by personal experiences from leadership positions and change projects.
