If you are not already registered for Nevada Tax , follow these instructions :

Visit https ://www .nevadatax .nv .gov

Click "Sign Up Today !"

You will need : A username of your choice , your first and last name , phone number ,an email address and a password of your choice .

HOW TO REGISTER

Follow the on screen instructions to create an account .

Once completed , you may log in immediately with the

username and password just created .

Type in your username and password , and click "Log in ."

Visit http ://tax .nv .gov/welcometoCOM to read frequent asked questions ,view Commerce Tax updates , and more .

If you received the Welcome to Nevada Commerce Tax Letter , you

already have an existing business registered with the Department of

Taxation . You will need to enter your Entity Name and 10-digit Tax ID

number as shown below .

Once completed you will be able to see the new Commerce Tax account

type listed in your Business details in 1 to 3 business days .
