Builder wants us to share the expenses only for the painting of the buildings
~ 50% of the total expenses capped at 10 lacs

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS
Is the builder un-reasonable? May be – he is getting benefited as he has 50% of his
inventory yet to be cleared for C building Should we worry about it?
No, we should only look at benefits we get in return for the price we are paying
Can we simply refuse to pay? Yes, we can… In that case, he will do a very superficial
job in everything… We will be forced to take up the activities ourselves
within the next 2 years anyways
