Clients are respectfully reminded that the hairdressing services in which you partake in is a learning situation for the students, which is reflected in the price and length of time services take.

Please remember that, while our stylists and therapists are well trained, they are still students. We have done our best to estimate accurate treatment times but they may take slightly longer than stated. All we ask is for a bit of patience and that you allow for a little extra time when booking.

Please note that an appointment system operates and, on occasions, the requested time may be unavailable. In this situation, an alternative appointment will be offered, if possible.

Staff reserve the right to refuse client appointments.
