BINGO! The Knights of Columbus BINGO will be held Monday, June 10th in the School Auditorium. Doors open at 6:00 PM for food, fellowship and games of chance. The Bingo games begin at 7:00 PM. Cost is $20 for 20 games. Pay-out $850.00.

DIAPER DRIVE The Catholic Daughters Diaper Drive continues year-round. You may leave your diaper donations in the bins in the vestibule outside of the new prayer room. These diapers are given to Project Gabriel in State College.

Praying the Rosary with the Catholic Daughters Please come and join us in praying the Rosary Tuesday, May 28 at 6:00 pm in front of the Blessed Sacrament in our Church. PIRATES BASEBALL GAME Join Our Lady of Victory’s bus trip to the Pittsburgh Pirates vs. St. Louis Cardinals baseball game at PNC Park Thursday, July 25, 2019. Game time is 12:35pm. Bus will leave the OLV back parking lot at 7:30am. We have field box seats in Section 117. They are undercov-er and behind home base. On your own breakfast stop at McDonalds. Cost - $70.00 includes ticket and bus transportation. Checks payable to Our Lady of Victory with “Pirates Game” in memo line. Payment due at time of order. Seating is limited. OUTDOOR SUMMER MASSES Father John D. Byrnes, Rector, and the Parish Family of Saint Michael the Archangel Basilica, Loretto, invite the faithful to join us each Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. for the outdoor Sunday Mass at the beautiful garden Shrine of Our Lady of the Alleghenies in Loretto. The first Mass of the season will be celebrated on Sunday, May 26, 2019, and will continue through Labor Day Weekend, September 1, 2019. Please bring a lawn chair. In the event of inclement weather, the Mass will be celebrated in the Basilica of Saint Michael the Archangel.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION Last week we congratulated the Communicants from St. John School and St. John Parish Religious Education who received our Precious Lord in their First Holy Com-munion on May 11. We would also like to thank every-one who, in any way, helped to make this day possible and successful. This includes parents; teachers, Mrs. Michelle Davis and Miss Jennifer Gill; Fr. George and Deacon Tom; altar servers and Mrs. Natalie Stanton with the St. John School Choir.

Thank you to the Catholic Daughters, for the gifts given to the First Holy Communicants, and specifically to their First Communion Committee members, Gerry Dreese, Jennifer Miller, Rita Russell and Julie Walker, for their planning for and during the reception after Mass. Also, thanks to any other members who helped make this day special. Your support of these students, as well as your support throughout the year, is greatly appreciated.

SCHOOL HOURS FOR THE SUMMER St. John School ends for summer break on Wednesday, June 5, with an 11:00 a.m. dismissal. Our summer office hours will be Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or by appointment.
