INTRODUCTION, TOASTS & TUTORIAL

Goal: provide an optimized experience for first time users before and after registration

1. step: INTRO before Registration:

Provide basic information about JUKE especially for first time users.

Show what JUKE is and what advantages JUKE has convince the user to register and test JUKE.

3. step TUTORIAL after Registration:

In conception stage

Like a teaser: Provides information to explain the app for first time/ new users: main features & functionalities will be explained

Also use the technical setup for „reminders“ for registered users (do you already know this feature??) and to introduce new features/ areas in the app/ maybe for marketing raffles …

the tutorial will run in a mobile browser in the app (like facebook tutorial)

User role PO:

1. As a PO I want to guide the user and explain main functionalities and features in the beginning of the usage.

2. As a PO I want to inform users about new implemented features and functionalities / show the user reminders for features & functions he hasn´t used yet.

User role first time/ registered user:

1. As a first time user I want to get an overview over the main functionalities and features of the App.

2. As a user I want the opportunity to open/ use the tutorial on demand.

3. As a registered user I want to be informed about new features and functionalities in the app.

TutorialWhich information should be provided? How?

Limited amount of slides to show the main features of the app - keep it short and simple.

Example for possible realization for iPAD: (screens show functionalities: full screen view, Queue (drag & drop), ..)

Several options for realization, but we are still in the conceptional stage:

screens (overlays without animations), animations (e.g. HTML5), Videos, ...?

TutorialGoal: mobile optimized page which works for all devices(?)Challenge: various resolution & sizes of devices:

iOS: 6 different Versions are required:
