Here are some prompts to help you get started:

Provide an overview of your entire HR programme. What business and HR challenges did you want to tackle? What changes have you introduced in the past 12 months? How did you decide on the changes you introduced? How did you get buy-in from top management, departmental heads, line management, and

employees?
