Ltd; started its operations in India in 2008. We are involved in providing end to end Cost Management and Project Management services for

construction projects. Having headquartered in Bengaluru and an office in Mumbai, we have experience of providing the services across India.

We have provided cost management services throughout the projectspan, starting from cost plan till the final accounting for this 8 lakh sft53 floors luxury residential tower. Advises on tender, claims and postcontract cost management were also part of our scope.

Island City Centre, MumbaiBombay RealtyHigh Rise Luxury Residential Towers

We are providing full cost management services including postcontract quantity surveying for the ICC1 and ICC2 towers, which are53 floors and 60 floors respectively. Total construction area of theproject is 22.6 lakh sft.

We did the post award cost management of more than 40 constructionpackages. Our scope includes for payment valuation, coordinationwith developer (landlord) for their scope of works, variationmanagement and final accounting.

On this design and build project which is developed on a land parcelof 50 acres, our scope includes Preparation of BOQ, TenderManagement, Project Controls, Post Contract quantity surveying andChange management.

We are involved in the project as one of the key consultants and havebeen working with this project since its Master Plan stage design. Ourservices include Cost Plan, BOQ preparation, Tender support andValue Engineering support.

Kalpataru Avana, ParelKalpataru RealtyHigh rise luxury residential tower

We provided the Cost Plan services for this 13 lakh sft residentialproject, and were able to achieve high level accuracy of 1% on theawarded value for the main contract works.



Juniper Networks Offices in Chennai and BengaluruJuniper NetworksOffice Fitout

For 2 separate assignments to carry out the post award costmanagement of Juniper Networks’ offices in Chennai and Bengaluru,we managed more than 15 construction packages each.

Our scope for this premium segment residential tall building of 84floors include end to end cost management services covering CostPlanning, BOQ preparation, Procurement assistance, Post contractQuantity Surveying, Change Management and Dispute avoidance.



W resort, GoaDiana Buildwell Ltd (part of ABIL group)Resort development

W resort comprises more than 12 villas and 48 wooden chalets. Wehave quantity audited the Works that was split into multiple number ofpackages and awarded to more than 30 contractors; we have alsoprovided an estimate for the final completion cost.

Axis La Promenade, Kalyan, MumbaiAxis SpacesHigh Rise Premium Residential Tower

La Promenade is our third project for this client; for this project, we areinvolved since the Cost Planning till the Final Accounting. This projectconsists of mid segment mid-rise residential tower blocks coming upin Kalyan.
