• We all have an ETHICAL BALANCE

• Consciousness is a core leadership competence

• You cannot be a good leader before you are a good

subordinate

• In order to be a leader you have to be trusting & have

optimism about human beings

• do not ask your subordinates to change if you cannot

put your head on the block!

• In order to be a good leader you must be prepared to

be a good follower!

• You do not have to tell workers how you feel, they smell

how you feel !

• Sometimes you have to jump without having all the data

• Generosity is a sign of competent leadership

• When you are at the top, no one tells you the truth

• Leadership is the fit between you and your situation

• Leadership is stepping into the light

• You do not change your personality when you go from

private life to work life
