As General Manager, Sabrina is bringing to bear her experience in galvanizing the power of Cisco to drive growth through capturing opportunity driven by the aggressive ICT agenda, developing trusted relationships with key customers and building a Commercial business through Cisco’s Partner Led GTM. Sabrina is an accomplished business leader with over 10 years Cisco experience in finance, strategy, marketing and sales. Recognised for transformational leadership and passionately formulating vision & strategy, Sabrina consistently drives execution to deliver measurable results. Whether embedding behavioural change across Emerging Markets sales teams, creating a multi dollar marketing budget for Cisco’s London 2012 role and delivering the highest rated customer experience for Cisco event as result or building a new partner go to market with 12 partners in UKI, Sabrina has always been orientated to make a difference and positively impact Cisco business. In 2011, Sabrina was recognised as a finalist in UK Asian Women of the Year Achievement Award in the Business Leader category. Sabrina’s financial background and CIMA qualification, provides a solid foundation in understanding the importance of P&L responsibility and the metrics which Cisco consider paramount when measuring the success of their sales business. It also enables her to build business cases which gain approval both within Cisco & our partners. Sabrina recently completed an Accelerated Development Programme at Cisco, providing her with leadership development and insight, which is invaluable to her and the team in her role. Sabrina lives in Nairobi, Kenya.
